I believe this is more of an issue for the type of platform a person chooses. I deleted my Facebook. Now I do recognize it's hard to ignore misinformation, hate speech, and bullying but social media can teach us a lot about what a person is really like, behind closed doors. Guardrails is an effective system but can be used as an alienation tactic for special interests. Prime example is X if you think X isn't biased you are kidding yourselves. Overall I think the ones who spew what they spew will be found and it will be easier to point them out and say "that's really wrong". Not saying it's the right method but we'll see how it plays out. CEO's can be just as bad as politicians wishy washy and spineless, one is for business(money) the other is for personal interests(money) same snake.

I hope we all know that it doesn't matter who is in the 'top job' because this is a systemic problem - greed. We have allowed many of our economic sectors, to take advantage of the American people.
