Guys I have a question. I wanted to watch spider man no way home so, I subscribed or let’s say I joined the free trial to watch it but suddenly I Can’t watch it because it costs 14 bucks? Can someone explain to me why do I have to buy a movie has been released for 2 years ago ? if I subscribed monthly do I have to buy movies to watch also ? I’m confused..

Just to clarify - Apple TV and Apple TV+ are two separate things. Apple TV is a streaming platform where you can stream different movies or shows if you buy them. Apple TV+ is a separate subscription that gives you access to the Apple original shows. Subscribing to Apple TV+ does not give you access to all of the movies, like Spider-Man No Way Home, since that is not an Apple TV+ original movie. I hope that makes sense! I love Apple TV+. Ted lasso, Schmigadoon!, and Foundation are my favorite. The Tetris Movie was awesome too. My only complaint is the product placement. I get having some product placement , but they overdo it. Especially with Ted Lasso

Help I am a Canadian living in Germany and I want to watch Apple TV + as a windows user. I would like to subscribe to Apple tv for a few months and pay with gift cards. But I can't redeem a gift cards with out I tunes but I tunes wont open if I have Apple tv is installed on my computer. It would be so much simpler if it worked like Netflix Apple is making this difficult.

I didn’t realize that you needed an Apple device to get it to work. To be honest, I’m not sure how to do it on a windows device. You can probably reach out to Apple support to get help!

I am not happy as a Window and Android user I purchased an Apple gift card at my local store. On the back of the card there is a logo of Apple tv. I decided to purchase the card to watch Apple tv + as I heard good things about it. To redeem the card I had to D/L I tunes apparently that's the only way for some one with out a Apple device to do it. When I went to subscribe even though I have €15 in my account they still need my credit card. I have Netflix and Disney+ and Paramount + that I pay with google gift cards or with gift cards as prefer not to have my credit card info online. What a difficult company to deal with when you are not in the apple walled garden.

After using this for two weeks quite happy but if you only use android phones you cannot pay for lots of other films! On the app you get a message saying ways to watch but if you don't have a iPhone your stuck in no mans land! Its a great shame!

On Apple TV+, yes! The Apple TV itself is a device similar to a Roku so without a subscription if you use an Apple TV it’ll give you access to other non-original titles that you can rent/buy, and other streaming platforms. Apple TV+ is their subscription which yes, has only original content. The naming is kind of confusing but I hope that makes sense!

For the money, it's well worth it. I believe it's the last expensive commercial free streaming service out there. .My only complaint is most of the movies and series go way over the top pushing the "woke" agenda.

And who has the time to binge watch everything in their catalog, don't like everything in their catalog. So for what I am interested a month is more than sufficient. Think apple knows this that is why they are stepping in to the live baseball and soccer and who knows what in the future.

Looks like you can stream ESPN through the Apple TV app, but it’s not included in the Apple TV+ subscription. TNT isn’t on the platform at all from what I can see.

Is it worth it? No. Crappy interface, glitchy streaming with frequent screen freeze requiring sign out to restart, no dedicated app, basically absent customer support, and a 33% price increase last month. No, Apple TV+ viewing is mostly an agonizing process. I hope it is better on an Apple device, but on Android and Windows, it is horrible. Avoid it if you use non Apple devices.

Based on your description, I don't blame you for not liking it. It sounds like it doesn't work well on non-Apple devices. Luckily, I haven't run into any of these issues on my Apple devices, so it's been worth it for me!
