Elliot have you heard of TRE (Trauma Release Exercise)? Its similar to bioenergetics as you start tremorring to release tension and trauma in the body. But im a bit worried this is new age deception practice. I dont want to do that as im a follower of Christ. Please let me know if you have any knowledge about this

@@NoKingsNoGodsOnlyMan Good question. Apparently it's a non physical part of one's being like a spirit. But the soul consists of one's emotions/feelings desires and beliefs if I can remember correctly. Religions tend to portray it as a separate entity like a spirit that can travel out of the body.

In the bible the words spirit and soul are used interchangeably referencing the same thing. Online answer says it is an immaterial part of a man's being, being the seat of emotion, intellect and will. So I guess it could just be a concept to round up those terms. And what Elliot is saying is that those things determined the physical manifestation of a person if I'm not mistaken.

Have you not looked into Ray Peat PhD? It's all about health is directly related to cellular energy production and how our lifestyle and nutrition play a role in that. There, you'll learn why calorie restriction, fasting, keto, ice baths, cardio, etc. are all actually bad for us as they inhibit cellular respiration by increasing stress hormones and shifting the body towards fatty acid oxidation (which blocks glucose metabolism, which if done chronically is what leads to diseased cells/tissues/organisms. Wilhelm Reich was one of his influences as well as many ground breaking scientists and philosophers of the past.

Our hearts are evil and deceive us all the time. You cannot do whatever you want, even if it does not affect others because that makes no sense. How can it not affect other people when you, yourself, a person, a human, who is a part of society is affected by it? How do you think things begin to affect other people in the first place? Lol....
