it stacks, the beauty of freedom pants + 4 freedom is you are never in any stunlock animations, it is a cheatcode and a very good 2nd option behing feetwraps

my personal preference is freedom build (4x freedom with freedom artifact) or tumbler feetwrap build with 4x freedom

hard to get but it would work for sure, i would recommend you if you are going freedom shirking heals route to go for tumbler feetwraps + 4 freedom instead though

The gamemode and the scale of content makes the spec mandatory. Outside of wars, playing a GA WH med bruiser is like playing one of these old games where you need to dodge laser beams 😂 Its garbage and way to punishing for how little rewarding it is
