Bought a 2010 crown Vic and a 2010 charger 5.7. Both great drivers plus. Both are great foundations to start from some are always better than others sometimes u get lucky sometimes ya don’t.

You’ll probably end up doing motor mounts and wheel speed sensors. Check for worn suspension bits

That can be an issue on those cars. I actually ended up selling the car. Hopefully you get it back together soon. Fun cars

UGH...Lifters are cam are hallmark issue with that model year.

@@UptownKidd757 it can be fixed… but when that cam love wipes that’s alotttt of metal I’m the engine. There’s stories of guys on here doing the job 3-4+ times

Is 9000 idle hours on a Dodge Charger police spec bad ?

typically you want the lowest of like 3k..... these cars do NOT like high idle hours when it comes to the lifters and cams from what I've heard. but then again I've seen them with 2k idle hours and low miles immediately have the problem meanwhile some that 100k plus with 5k idle hours have no issues 4 years later
