At some point there isn’t anything good left to eat if one get too critical about ingredients. All I know is that I have lowered my A1C 13 points to 5.1 and have happened to loose 65lbs. I will continue to use CarbQuick as it doesn’t affect my blood sugar much and allows me to eat something delicious regularly. I need something enjoyable on this my third year on keto. Else I’d give up on keto. Thanks for the video. God Bless you.

Carbquick is a great alternative when you need a low carb pancake or donut (the biscuits and gravy are incredible). Instead of a big cheat meal or eating horribly, this stuff gives me the food i want and being low carb. Try it, you will love it.
