The Chapter 2 and 3 maps were the same island just flipped. So when the Chapter 3 island blew up that was also destroying the Chapter 2 island. The Last Reality were weak to water and the island getting flooded as it flipped was what caused their death. The Chapter 2, 3, and 4 maps have no reason to come back unless we account for the time travel in Season OG that created infinitely more realities in a higher multiverse. We already know that each reality holds different galaxies and then the reality that we saw in The Big Bang was holding many galaxies that were actually different realities, thus giving clearance to my theory that we just made a higher plane of reality at the end of the Big Bang live event.

for the winter fest trailer, I think they started to make it during chapter 5 because the chapter 6 map was not ready for a trailer, so they just made it on that map. The thing that says that we might go back to the Chapter 5 map at some point are the voicemails that Hope left for Valeria. Because voicemails are digital things and not physical ones it makes the most sense that Remix was a dream that Hope or Valeria had, and in this dream we heard voicemails that Hope sent to Valeria. The voicemails talked about how Hope was reminiscing about her and Valeria being kids and how Valeria always had plans about The Society and being in control of the island. In one of them Hope mentioned how she disbanded The Underground and that they were going to rebuild the map and that Valeria was invited to rebuild with the former Underground members. There is almost no point to these voicemails so they must mean something. Either they mean that we will revisit the Chapter 5 map, maybe in Chapter 7, or that we will encounter Valeria again. After C5S1, Valeria went missing, but Hope mentioned in one of the voicemails that she was calling Valeria, but she was sent to voicemail, so it does point towards Valeria still being alive, but nowhere to be found. Valeria is still a big player in the story, considering she set the events of Chapter 5 in motion, but she went into hiding, at least that's what Hope and everyone else thinks. I know I said a lot, but basically there were voicemails you find around the map in Remix, and they talked about The Underground being disbanded, but rebuilding the Chapter 5 map, and that Valeria seems to still be alive because she didn't answer one of Hope's calls by sending her to voicemail. This indicates that we will either return to the Chapter 5 map at some point or that Valeria will show up again. If I had to guess, I'd say Valeria is definitely returning to the storyline, but we could also return to the Chapter 5 map. They're not mutually exlcusive. Both can happen, but Valeria returning is practically guaranteed because of the voicemails, just no one knows when. I think it'd be cool to return to the Chapter 5 island. I quite liked the island, other than its lack of colours. I did like Chapter 5 and I think it's overhated. Chapter 5 was more of a set-up Chapter for Hope, but sadly Epic dropped the ball a few times like with no new attachments and the mod benches being so rare. It lacked the fantasy aspect that Fortnite has. It was nice for a chapter, but moving forward Epic shouldn't do it again, unless they fully commit to their ideas like attachments while still putting their own spin on things. As well as augments not being carried over from Chapter 4, it felt like a lot was missing. It still does too. Augments made every game feel more distinct, so it was very disappointing for me to not see them, especially when there was an augments tab when you opened up the map for C5S1 and C5S2. I really loved augments, and I do appreciate that Epic's sort of brought them back as boons. They always made every match more fun for me and I really miss them

I might get hated, but In my opinion chapter 5 doesn’t deserve all the hate, bullet drop is the only problem with it, everything else is good, It’s over-hated, it had fun seasons, Wrecked wasn’t a bad season, it was just a chaotic season, and it was meant to be chaotic, and wrecked isn’t the worst season, I might get hate for this entire comment, but I believe chapter 5 had no bad seasons and there’s nothing bad about it except bullet drop. (It also had one of the best battlepasses, aka Ch 5 season 2, that’s my opinion though)

I think Chapter 5 should return just because I don’t think we finished that island’s story whereas we kind of finished the stories on Chapter 1, 2, and I guess 3. I don’t think we entirely finished chapter 4’s either but with the timeline stuff I don’t think we ever will. I think when they were starting on planning Chapter 5 they planning Winterfest to be in Chapter 5 before they realized OG did so well which inevitably led to Chapter 2 Remix and then Chapter 6. It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense though when you think of the yearly chapters unless they played into the memes to run from Mariah Carey
