Decaf can be used, however pay attention to how the decaf was made. There are methods that do not use chemicals and that’s what you need to consume.

Low Milk is ok - just know milk has sugars and carbs so count it towards your overall sugar/carb intake for the day. Prefer black coffee (water + coffee)

@@liverMD not for everyone. Plants are toxic & highly aggravate certain autoimmune conditions. Meat provides everything we need for life. I do agree on the fats, some are bad.
