Is Coffee Bad for your Teeth

thank you for testing!! I dont take any sugar for a long time now i dont eat or drink any type of sweet things only fruits sometimes and my teeth are still getting bad very fast , i only drink black coffee , now i know the reason.... i stop drinking coffee from today as i saw the video thank you!

Literally just got my teeth cleaned and checked at Dentista today. They were kind enough to show me a photo of the inside faces of my teeth, and the staining was ridiculous. I was really happy with the check and clean, and will be taking some of these tips to try and make sure my teeth aren't that badly stained or damaged by the acidity in coffee in the future. Thanks again guys!
