There are so many cases regarding this and this is not should be a criteria to decide how to interact with your employees, the people who were facing problem had mainly this in their core complaints.

I am not judging anyone nor am I calling anyone's experience wrong, I am just telling people that if something wrong happens to someone it does not mean that the same should happen to you too. If there is a negative point then there is also a positive one, and social media is very powerful it changes people's views regarding things, so it is important to tell the correct things. That is why this video was important. Everyone knows that there is pressure in BPO but people still join because there is no option and they have to earn money. I had also done it, my salary was only 21k. There were problems in my life too, it does not mean that I should give up and cry. This video is to motivate people.

Tried working but couldn't work much so no experience. And downfall started. Same story of my brother. We both are facing problems. Trying. Had skills. Now when we decided to fight n bounce back. New problem is this gap n toxic work culture. Gap is the big problem. Worried about it. MNCs are not hiring us. Unfair. Now what to do Have to complete education. Learn skills. But... Confused n worried. I don't have money! Debt too. I'm looking for chat process in bpo or any typing work. Will learn IT skills n then..
