I have like 2 hours in the original Dead Space- I really hate "scary" games for some reason. I literally had to force myself to play and finish doom 3 back in 2017. Never went back to dead space, but i really like the atmosphere and mechanics. Appreciate the analysis. That intro cracked me up. One issue I have (and I noticed this on your podcast about Alien: Romulus) is that the audio is too low. It's a tad louder during gameplay segments, but when you are holding the mic, it's pretty quiet, especially noticeable coming from another KZbin video. Could be just me.

Doom 3 caught far too much scrutiny back in the day. Aside from the flashlight not being mounted to the gun, the game really hit nailed it on the head as far as atmosphere and survival horror. Players just wanted to shoot more demons. Thanks! One day I’ll get the audio dialed in. Practice makes perfect and I’ve been experimenting around. I’m hoping that I have it ironed out for next month (because it’s 80% recorded 😳

Dead Space 1 is a horror masterpiece. Dead Space 2 is an action-horror masterpiece. Dead Space 3 never came out nuh-uh not real. SIGNALIS is also awesome, would recommend it. Edit: I have never had Jimmy Johns, coach.

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with number one. I’ll put SIGNALIS on the list. I will, however, avoid the Calisto Protocol. You’ve got some homework. I expect a Jimmy John’s review.

@@SomeDamnChannel Callisto is just a letdown. You might have some trouble getting into SIGNALIS at first, it's a slow burn game that plays like the old RE/Silent Hill games. I don't even know if there's a Jimmy Johns near me, but I'll see next time I'm over in Detroit lol.

@@Chonkemsmy only real complaint with Dead Space was that there was too much action. I really started to come around on the RE2 remake. I enjoyed the slower pace. Hopefully this Silent Hill 2 remake does well. Get yourself a Slim five with some Jimmy chips on the side and tell them coach sent ya
