I have a old Del Scorcho packet somewhere that says beyond hot. Back when Del Scorcho was the hottest sauce they had. I still like it better then the Inferno. I even bought a Del Scorcho key chain lol. Seemed the shipping cost was more then the key chain. Go figure. Excellent job Bill I’m gonna have to make these soon.

Yah, palate, that's the word. Good save. 🙃😇 I love the idea of that "secret" sauce, and will definitely be trying something similar at home. Buttermilk makes many things better.

That sauce is great as is but has a lot of potential still in it. I will be playing with that a lot to see where I can take it. Also, I'm still pretending this is a "family" channel so gotta keep it clean...ish

You can go to the del taco website and see the list of ingredients. Mayo, salt, sugar, buttermilk, no citric acids or malic acid. I promise! I wouldn't do you like that...😉
