For me, the secret stone buffed ganondorf is a representation of demises powers. It’s like we are seeing him in front of us.

Even better the same map like before but the afterlife which is above and beyond the sky islands, a new kingdom, the underworld where Demise came from, and the same Hyrule kingdom map and the depths all added with new lore, the return of the triforce, Ganondorf being the origin of the calamity to officially confirm that as canon, the three golden goddesses making a physical appearance, the return of Hylia and Demise, and the origin of the Zonai and the true reason why the guardians and divine beasts were built

The only Argument that might Ruin this Theory would be that Impa just stated to Zelda that she now needs to guard Demise's Remainings in the Past until he fully Decayed within the Sword. Which means Demise might not even be in the Blade anymore

Yes he's inside Ganondorf. You can't have an incarnation of his hatred without you know his hatred aka him being there

Demise isn't INSIDE Ganondorf, his hatred was only passed on to certain individuals. Demise himself was sealed away, but his curse of hatred is what cause all future Zelda villians, so only the entety of Demises hatred was in Ganondorf, not Demise himself.

Nice theory, I wouldn't mind fighting him in a completely new kingdom :) That could actually be something nice, to have Zelda and Link travel to another kingdom to help out defeat it's new threat.

Love this video! I really hope we see backstory of why Demise hates the Gods tribe so much. I wonder if its a sympathetic story and we'll almost side with him. Id like that.

I always love talking about Demise. I feel like he is very underappreciated Zelda villain who should be included in more games. I'll definitely cover him in future videos sometime.

Considering Demise passed down his Personality indirectly to Ganondorf we can see that Demise might just have been disgusted by Peace and Order and wanted to turn the Universe into something like Outworld from Mortal Combat and Demise would be its own Version of Shao-Kan (if not even more blood thirsty and violent)

Very ominous to think Demise is out there somewhere, waiting to strike again. Even more so now that he's escaped the MS. On the bright side, the Master Sword should no longer (lore wise) be susceptible to malice / gloom damage like it was in BoTW. Hell, even in game the sword becomes truly unbreakable around Ganondorf / Phantom Ganon, not just a durability boost like botw but straight up infinite durability from my tests. Something about Demise's presence made it particularly weak to Ganon's essence, imo, leading to it nearly breaking in BoTW and TRULY breaking in ToTK. Another thing to keep in mind is the sword's status is dependent on the status of its wielder. Both times its (story wise) degraded was when Link was on the brink of death. Demise could have sensed his perfect opportunity to escape from this moment, and I really hope you're right about this being a setup for the next game.

And Zelda Was YEETED Back To Hyrule's Founding So THAT Was How She CHANGED The History Of Hyrule AND She Recruited The Sages When The Hero Of Time Was Sealed And When Link Was Awakened The Sages Were Already There So In Twilight Princess The Sols Were Within The Blade And When The Game Ended And Midna Forgot About The Sols And When Link Returned The Master Sword To Its Pedestal However The Master Sword Sensed The Sols Who Were Still Fear From Zant's Twisted Reign And Reassured Them That They Were Protected And Now That Peace Has Returned To Hyrule And Midna Back At The Throne The Sols Acted As A Blanket For The Master Sword And The Sols Were Lulled To Sleep From The Years Of Sorrow Zant Has Caused The Twili People And The Sols Are Still In The Blade
