Yeah, the issue with development is those attributes set at 1 often grow enough to a decent level that it becomes a bit of a non entity. I also enjoy the development and have done both in the individual player style previously. Maybe i will revisit this as a development test starting lower down the pyramid 👍 appreciate the feedback

Work rate has no affect on development

In the individual player experimeny we did with work rate it seemed to have an effect

@@jayhuahua only in the sense that high work rate leads to better performances which leads to better development. It doesn't affect training or directly impact development

This outcome makes sense to me, I always considered determination to be outside the match engine, so affects training and development, work rate is in the match engine, how hard do they try to sprint, or win a tackle. With locked attributes I'd expect workrate to win out.

Yeah thats fair. Looks like I'll rerun this with attributes not frozen and lower CA to begin. Be interesting to see how it pans out

I feel determination is more influential on development whilst work rate affects in game performance more. Still a top watch as always

Yeah possibly. Might be something i do in the future. Its just I haven't done it so far as covering two teams is more than enough. A third I'm worried it would extend the video too long as I've actively tried to make the videos shorter in the last few months

Also, suggesting this for the second time, but would like 2 see to teams with identical players/tactics (with one very important exception, that being either a player that is taylor-made for a specific roll, like advanced playmaker vs roaming playmaker) go head2head over a season

Yes, i remember this suggestion and I do keep seeing it in my list. Working out how best to put the idea into a simulation and video is the sticking point at the mo, but rest assured the idea has not been forgotten

Consistency is a different video bud, but I'd argue consistency is an excellent hidden attribute

@@jayhuahua it’s the best attribute imo and if you have the ultra rare (very consistent performer) trait you have a ridiculous player and his stats will always lie to you because he will out perform everyone else on the pitch regardless, check Lewis Hall at Chelsea cost about 12m is 18 and will be the best mezzla you’ve ever had, add his 18 determination to his 15 work rate which goes up to 17 in no time by the time he reaches 19 and you have a guy that gives you no less than 8/10 every time he steps on the pitch. 👍 I also get a perfectionist or Determined player to mentor him to get those stats going up in double time. My first buy on any save him and Bellingham together are a cheat code for sure.
