I prefer to wait for Kendrick to drop the way he does bc it’s quality music and not this microwave crap that floats around in the industry.

@aneesdante98713 ай бұрын
@johnbarfield4340 I totally agree , Think about it this way... All his affiliates that are still around in the OVhoe team (those that aren't in prison or passed on) have been with him and already milking off his success for over 15 Years , His no longer relevant to even his own camp... They knew he'd lose this rap beef and yet allowed him to go ahead with it. If Drake miraculously falls off they have already parted ways with him so he will fall alone. They will have no part in his accusations further apart from those that were already made on that weirdo Bakka and the other OVhoes. it really is lonely at the top ☝️

Dude, you're spot on with that one. You must be some kind of rap oracle or something. Take my pal, Mike, right? He used to be all about OVO, those "ov-hoes," but once that "Mob Ties" demo dropped, he peaced out like a ghost in a bad horror flick. Drake's out there trying to keep his cool factor, but let's not kid ourselves, his tracks don't slap like they used to. It's a damn shame about that fight, he talked a big game and then got played like a fiddle. That "Taylor made freestyle," using 2Pac's voice? Dude, come on, that's like bringing a knife to a gunfight. He's not really about that life. When Drake has Timestamp tracks like "8AM in Charlotte" or "7AM on birdie path," his lyrical skill is unmatched and he damn well busy with that pen but he's not always on that grind. He's got the pop star vibe down pat, but sometimes it feels like his heart's not in the rap game. @@aneesdante9871

The argument that Kendrick needs to drop more is odd to me, people also miss the fact that he creates all his music from SCRATCH, all his lyrics come from HIS pen, you can’t rush REAL creativity, as opposed to Drake who is WELL known to go into the studio and recite other peoples songs, songs that have been completed already, all he does is takes out the original artists vocals and replaces it with his. If Kendrick was to do that he could drop a lot more than Drake. So no he doesn’t need to drop more often and be more involved, come talk to me when Aubrey is writing his own music and creating his own sound and then we could revisit that discussion.

Best thing for Drake to do is to get back on his "nothing was the same" bag. My favorite artist are Dot, Tyler, Drake, Kanye, and Trav. It's many more I like but Drake is the only one has such a big personality change. Which is crazy considering Ye is bipolar but he is who he has always been.

The problem is you guys act like Drake is a constant - like he was always drake - earlier the hits he was part of helped HIM because the artists he collaborated with were established themselves. He wasn't always the reason we listened to these guys and tbh they have their fans still, without Drake. Even now it looks like Drake needs to do all this to stay relevant. His brand feels watered down and needs to be revised and if not; let's honestly evaluate it for what it is. I do not trust the guy, I think he is dishonest in a malicious way and Kendrick ins't the reason I feel that way. If he goes away for good I would be fine. For me and a lot of people hiphop was never 'drake' and he was never hiphop too unless you don't know what hip hop is.
