I used to play Dynasty Warriors 3 back in the day with my siblings and enjoyed it! However, it didn't hook me and the series fell off my radar. So as a complete noob I can say the demo for origins really impressed me and I plan on picking it up. What really sold me was the engaging gameplay. It felt way more involved compared to what I remembered. Great to see what a veteran thought of it. Awesome video, I'm glad you are excited for the new entry!

i think the visuals and soundscape are worth a mention too. The Visuals and the Sound Effects and Ambience are unusually good for a warriors game.

Yea you are right, especially graphics look good for a musou title.

Not to mention how well the game runs on PC, I'm surprised that the game is well optimized with so many troops on screen

This one also surprised me in a good way, i got constant frame issue in dw9 but not once in origins at any poijt in time in the demo even during large army battle​@RGisOnline

Also i love the balance of being easy enough u can still cut down common soldiers as usual but you also cant just straight charge through an army alone. The officers and common generals also feels threatening enough if u just spam moves

playing early missions with starter gear never was a real power fantasy, the good stuff always happened later on anyways. So lets see how that goes. Dont get frustrated because of Lu Bu. XD

​@@theCheeserChannelyes, I played DW/SW on PS2 and find that DW is no way a power fantasy in the early game. If you rush and get overwhelmed even by normal soldier you will die quickly but you'll get stronger to become power fantasy later on by better weapons, items, levels etc but the games still keep you challenging.

@nyblam3380 Well in the Philippines Sengoku Basara is more well known than Dynasty Warrior. I remember how kids to adults memorized the game eventhough the game was in Japanese language.

@@rebirth2526 And they should make the game with a English language for international gamers. 'Coz most of Sengoku Basara games are in Japanese only. Imagine a Sengoku Basara Heroes 2 Remastered with English language, this will surely make capcom tons of money
