19:00 the one dude was trying to say card that can lose you the game and a card that is only mediocre when you don't get to maximize it have different levels of downsides. so you should weigh a miss rate less if missing with card isn't as bad.

how can a card lose you the game? the worst a card can be is a blank, outside of extremely specific things like playing havoc and hitting fiend fire or something.

Average power is important for the whale bonus, but I think even more important is the probability of completely whiffing, especially when trying to streak.

imo double tap is underrated sure it's not as good as burst it can't be anything even a doubletap. But like with the thumbnail you can double good things with ironclad like reaper thunderclap etc.
