Now that the court wants to hear the other side, they have no arguments to put forward because their stand point of a term will be crashed. So they are avoiding the challenges by saying this matter has been petitioned 3 times already. This lawyer some on the platform are is smart knows that in Zambia there is no limitation of statute. As long as it is a different person petitioning, it can take forever. This lawyer knows that they are treading on thin ice.
