Hi, I've just started an etsy shop, selling canvas art, priced between £25-60. My confusion is with shipping. The shipping cost is £11.63 which etsy tells me is too expensive and people (quite rightly) won't buy it as much. My profit margin is 30%. Should I just raise the price by the £11.63 and offer free shipping?
