Ferra can "kidnap" Geras out of regular time stop in the air. After landing, you can do pain'n'gain and continue the combo.

I've been enjoying smoke/ferra. Ferra makes his teleport and his f4 safe. He gets a combo off of his vapor cancel if it lands. And Smoke already has mix ups so Ferra just adds many more.

Lately I’ve been playing Nitara and the jump in assist goes really well with her air combos. I haven’t really used Ferra enough to fully grasp her abilities and timing enough but her aerial 124 forward downward air dash 242 felt powerful after a relaunch from Ferra.

Instead of using low/overhead torr stance, most buttons have hit advantage to use standing torr stance and micro jump for the njp. Scorpion in particular abuses this as it prevents a D1 check on the mix up ALOT of the time.

They wont when people realise you can easily interupt her overhead/low mixup with a jab into a full kombo. That is why they are safe on block, because they can be interupted. This is also why you need hit advantage to avoid the gap.

I feel like Kung Lao needs some adjustments or something. His game plan is still pretty much the same since launch, and I think he could've used some buff or maybe a new move or just anything! I see all these characters get buffs and interesting synergy with new kameo's and Kung Lao kind of doesn't.

She's very easily the best kameo in the game. She gives you near unreactable 3 way mix with the grab low and overhead that is just so insane. She makes everyone hit like a truck. You've got character like Nitara dropping 60% combos with one bar with this Kameo into ridiculous mix on OKI. She's just insanely oppressive and the cherry on top is the insane 150 HP. That is just so massive for so many characters

You should try Ferra with Peacemaker. You can get gapless hardblockable from advancing mid with low eagly and njp. More antigravity mixups, torpedo into njp etc.

It's funny cause my favorite NRS game is MKX. And we had crazy 50/50's that lead to full combos and what not. But since I've been accostumed to the MK1 playstyle already, I got annoyed on the few matches I played against Ferra online. I was like: "now this is what I have to deal with on this game" lmao And I know MK1 still has its cheesy stuff, hard to blockables, unsafe moves made safe with kameos and what not, but yeah safe 50/50's that lead to full combos is now a thing too

Mavado only takes away 50 now, but he used to take away 100 until a recent patch. I am guessing that Ferra gives so much health because she has a move that takes away health from the user.
