I started fly fishing last may, (2022) I started tying flies that next August....first fly I tied was a copper john, and yes it looks about as good as you'd expect, and it took me nearly 2 hours. I've tied hundreds of flies since then, (not all copper johns) and now my Copper John looks remarkably the same as the first one. Yeah....

Really looking forward to the kit coming out. I have a very introductory kit and this could be a good replacement. Looks super nice! Your videos have been super helpful in my initial tying adventure. I need to get on the river and tell you if they worked!

The bit about crowded rivers in Colorado, Utah has this same problem. Ever tried to fish the Provo? can't swing a line without hitting 4 other anglers!

How can we find out the prices? When I first started trying fly fishing I did try tying flies, but like you said, what I bought for a vise and the other tools were cheaply made and so I gave up on it.

Hey Mike. Definitely a common pitfall among beginners. We’ll launch everything April 9th and the prices will be listed then. To be transparent, we are still trying to finalize everything with shipping and packaging costs. But the entire kit (vise, tools, material pack) is going to be in the ballpark of $300.
