I'm doing better bro. I got a local job in September, cut bread, juice n soda and rice. I'm down 40lbs. Less than 2000 calories a day eating mostly protein and veggies. This shit is fuckin terrible but it's necessary cuz we need to be here bro. Love your channel. Take care

I’m fit and “in shape” but that’s when it’s way harder IMO. Because you’re not seeing physical results from your bad habits but I know it’s underneath. I’ve never done blood work or any type of screening etc. But I feel you man, I’m going on weeks and weeks now of “alright starting tomorrow no more Reese’s” or “drinking only water”. You’d think you can will yourself to do anything, until you actually try to.

The main things that I eat to stay fit are grass fed steak, wild caught salmon, chicken, eggs, organic mixed vegetables, almonds, avocados, bananas, berries, watermelon. Avoid aspartame, sucralose, high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated vegetable oils, seed oils. Get a good gravity fed water filter like Alexapure. Avoid cooking in plastic containers & drinking bottled water due to endocrine disrupting micro plastics.
