Is Gopro Good For Mechanics

Is the Gopro Good For Mechanics? Mechanics work in a sometimes rough environment. The need a durable, versatile camera. The Insta360 Go 2, is a good size and versatile but the record time is limited, the battery life is not long, it over heats quicker, and it's not as durable.
The Gopro Hero 9 and 10 (and previous versions) can shoot in 4k. You can change the batteries, use a MicroSD card so you can have tons of storage. with the media mod you can add lights, Microphone, all times of Mounts and grips. Most of all, they can take a good beating.
Are you a mechanic or someone that works in a field where you need a durable camera? Would this be a good option for you?
