For those concerned with the cost of transplant, let me specify the cost. It depends on 3 factors 1. Amount of hair loss/ Number of grafts 2. The type of process used for the transplant 3. The reputation of professionals They can range from 25Rs to 75Rs per graft depending upon the above factors. An initial hair loss would be around 1500 to 2000 grafts, moderate 3500 grafts & advanced hair loss around 6000 grafts so do your own calculations. I recently did mine and it is one of the better decisions i made for my own good. If you feel up for it, just approach a clinic & do a basic consultation for 1000Rs and then take a call depending upon your financial situation. Hope it helps❤

Hair transplant will work if the man is not more than grade 3 bald & his father and uncles were also at grade 3 baldness. If a man is lucky to have a thick beard with about 30,000 hairs in it, then it is better to transplant them to the scalp, as these hairs are really lifelong and immune to DHT. If we study hair transplant cases in grades 4 to 7, then, the men are prescribed Minoxidil and Finasteride to "maintain" their hair growth for life. These 2 drugs when taken together, have been known to regrow hair in all grades of baldness, especially if the baldness is less than 5 years old. So, hair transplant is not needed if a man is able to take both these drugs for life.
