Is Halo Wars 3 Happening anytime soon?

So my current theory is that Anders is left with a guardian and a halo ring heading to reach. Cortana is then deleted, leaving Anders with a disabled guardian and a halo ring. Which could easily turn the tide for the UNSC

I think if Infinite did better the chances for a HW3 would be better because 343 could have implemented that to further develope the story and set up more content for Infinites campaign dlc's but I also think that even with Infinite failing there is a chance for HW3 because in my opinion most people have kinda given up upon the main games of Halo and aren't as demanding for another main game or campaign. This makes the HW community one of the loudest when it comes to wanting a continuation of the game. Maybe the developers will notice that and create HW3. But I think it will take a few more years before we learn of either the continuation or the end of HW.

Creative Assembly just canned their F2P shooter Hyenas. MS has REALLY been cozying up to Sega as of late. Could MS be thinking of contracting them again for another Halo Wars behind the scenes for their current big game push behind the scenes? I doubt it, but I def think you should consider what I've just mentioned as being in the realm of possibility 🤙

I dont think 343 fully understands how much money they're sitting on. *Halo : Empire Wars* Age of Empires 2 has full controller support and it has 200x the complexity. There are no excuses anymore. The second they take this IP seriously is the second they make bank. They just have to stop listening to suits who dont even know how to spell Halopedia for half a fking second. Oh the delicious irony. Watching money hungry investors lose out on money because they are physically and chemically incapable of seeing past the first 2 weeks of profit margins.

Would love to see the Firefight mode back. Fighting hordes of Floods, Banished (or maybe the Covenant again?), or the UNSC. Either give us like the Extend story of HW2 or maybe Halo Infinite with "The Endless". The possibiltys are like them.. yea.. Endless.. Flood/Forerunner/Endless Factions.. Variants of all Factions like it was in HW1. Like more Unique units (Infantry, Vehicle, Airs and maybe even Building and Defenses?) Would even love to see some Original Units from Halo 1 - 3 or even 4.. Like let there be a little unit or Deck creator. Give us the Option to little Customize your Units before you load in any game. Give your Marines Either BR to be more accurate and deal more dmg or AR to be more aggresive and continuously. Give us the Option to choose for Covenant/Banished to give them Plasma Pistol, Rifles or Needlers. Give anti Tank either the Bazooka or Spartan Laser, Flak cannon or Skewer. Either Choose the Standard Skorpion or the Grizzly, Normal Wraith or the Flak one. Of course with Up and Downs.. You can even put a Battle Pass there.. Yeah i know i will probably get hated but let me firstly finish my sentence.. In the Battle Pass you could get Colour Variants for your Units obv. But maybe even effects for idk the Leader Abilities, Projectiles and and and.. new coming units for several Factions.. Or something else. New design for Units and Vehicles. Like i said its endless of what you really could do. Still today i love to load in a HW2 Firefight with 1 or 2 more Randoms and just chill there and def the s*** out of that Pillar. Its just sad that is just 1 Layout of the Map there could be like so many more. Instead of 3 Sides you have to def give us up to 6 or down to one massive Choke point of total Destruction. Just my Opinion.. and if i didnt said it maybe a more "free" build mode.. It doesnt have to be the Normal Buildings like Baracks and stuff but the Defenses.. to make it more Fair, just make a Limit of turrets you can build.. but yea thats my thoughts what Halo Wars 3 could maybe do better then to HW1 and 2. I really like HW1 and 2 but there is room for so much more. Release it on the new Xbox and Steam right at the beginning to get a "massive" wave of RTS Players like me to just play a combination of what you Love. RTS and Halo?! Just my thoughts..

I’m a big fan of LOTR,BFME II and it feels like it it did then….. the games amazing but it only appeals to minority of gamers which in the long run… doesn’t keep the lights on so these types of games are rare. And are truly made by gamers for gamers. I’ll happily wait another 5 years for another top tier RTS game weather it’s Halo-LOTR-C&C-empires- and so on we just need streamers like you guys to remind gamer devs that we still here lol 😅

Genuinely hope we do get one i only started playing hw2 a couple of months ago and ive been really enjoying it also played the original when i was a lot younger but if we got a halo wars 3 id be so hyped and it would be a breath of fresh air. Great video as usual btw

If we don't then my hope is that "Halo 7" will have us leave Zeta and follow Atriox to the Ark where we team up with Spirit of Fire and finish the fight against the Banished. Would be a great way of tying up all loose ends of the current storyline while also giving us a really cool crossover. Could even use it to set up a Red Team DLC that maybe gives them some more of the spotlight too

I would love to see more anything Halo Wars. I would love to see offline mods hit Xbox. As for HW3, it doesn't seem soon. Companies seem to like these 10 year plans with games now; GTAV, Halo Infinite is supposed to have a 10 year timeline. I'd love to see HW3, I have no clue what I want out of it, but I do want it lol.

If they gave us any sort of good space battle wars or not 343 could possibly save their butts and reputation especially because that is something that was asked for from when bungie was still around. Bungie gave a teaser with reach but we never got a full blown space battle. If 343 wanted to sell a ton of copies for anything halo they would put in a large space battle. If they wanted to have reviews get better they would add a cinimatic space battle and if they wanted new fans and to draw back in old fans who left they would have you be able to fight in said battle. Doesnt need to be chief doesnt need to be a named ship you dont even need to survive the game.

I do think the story is in a weird place. HW2 was when they were still thinking they would continue the Halo 5 story, what with the guardian at the end. That's obviously out and there is a big gap left as to how the hell atriox got off the ark and to zeta halo. There is definitely room for a HW3.

I think it's is possible seeing as halo wars 2 is practically the same plot as halo infinite but halo infinite was released years after halo wars 2 so I think it's a 50% chance

If there where a halo wars 3 i would see it happening after the banished get defeated and it would be to introduce the next big enemy, and with that i would see the wars games be enemy introducing games but thats just me

I would hope love the halo game and just with them doing infinite and idk halo wars 2 its good but could be a lot better more units instead of 120 pop bigger maps space maps a lot could be done to make halo really pop if they did a lot im oretty sure it would sell a lot of they added the space and bigger maps more to the bases and upgrades not so fast paced in multiplayer or just building and upgrading feel like things are too fast like it’s suppose to be just a rushed game not enjoyable like how age of empire seems to do.
