I don't eat junk food. But the coconut here costs 80 rupees. 😅 But still I don't eat junk, nor I go to parties. Just seasonal home cooked food and yoga is doing great for me! Also, I drink coconut water too and love everything made from coconuts. ❤

Exactly I never ever ate any burgers or never went to parties (yes I attend family functions),I ate pizza once in my life time,I am 24 yrs old😅😅 but yes try to avoid sweets or fried things,doing INTERMITTENT fasting, yes yoga for pcod is so good for me,,trying boiled type of recipies, olive oil is a good option (satvik family says no oil,which is little bit impossible for indian families, because my parents ,grandparents can't eat those or I can't convince them to eat those)😢

Money is the problem actually in our area nariyal pani cost -60 rupees .. 60*30 =1800 .... Utne me ghar ka rashan aa jaye ga ... Only middle class knows these thing ... Or jo log 500 -600 ka pizza late h ya 2500 ki party me jaye vo middle class nhi hote ... But still we can do 0 cost thing like walk ,yoga ...etc

No one's asking you to have nariyal paani daily It's only to tell that you don't need to spend a lot on the name of organic or healthy foods 60/- for naariyal paani is not too much when you consider that people spend a lot more on useless or fancy stuff

I stay in hostel mam, it's very difficult to eat satvic food in my situation, but to be honest, I stopped eating packed food and outside food from 2 months, if I am hungry I am eating dry fruits and nuts, fruits in limit. It's all because of your awareness

Not everyone goes for parties and Starbucks and burgers and pizzas on daily basis... But healthy lifestyle and healthy eating is definitely a daily thing and should be done on consistent basis.. so it's definitely expensive to do it on daily basis which regularity!!!

Healthy Thali= 150 rupees. Samosa = 15 rupees. The real problem is that affordable junk food is cheaper than healthy alternatives. Potato and Aubergine are cheaper than paneer, whey protein is costly (important for those who don't eat eggs). It is cheaper to cook aloo baingan than beans or paneer, or healthy vegetables. So, healthy eating is costly. Protein deficiency cannot be covered through cheaper alternatives.

Problem is ppl dont eat burger pizza daily and starbucks is not a regular coffee joint rather there are still 25 rs small coffee cups that mostly survive on. Satvik food IS EXPENSIVE, but healthy ofcourse. And that bowl isn't 60.

And positive attitude ❤ some Exams were done and some were going on ... on 1st January 2025 , I got selected for the post of Officer Scale - I through IBPS exams 🙏🥰🙏 This routine is so close to my heart during preparation and in my interview I felt very much Stable ❤🥰 Thank you so so so so much 💖 Ma'am ❤️🎉

@@ishitakulavi8354 sure 🥰 Wake up at 5.00 am ☀️ ( I managed to wake up at 6 or 6.30 during winter ) then I used to clean the whole house it brings serenity ✨ then bath and worship 🙏 then One glass of water 🥛 and milk. Write targets for the day. CA for 1 hr ( quiz or pdf ) and some easy vocab in English . Lunch at 12.30 ( 3 Satvic Roti + Green Sabzi and little Rice 🍚 ). Study continuously after that, mock tests and analysis for at least 3 hrs, sitting on floor so as to ensure straight spinal cord , with intermittent intake of water whenever needed. ( In between I feed birds and watch them in my yard in a break ) Then listening to Bhajan or stotra or Katha ( coz it is my fav 🥰 ) then sending ques to grps or live mock tests. A light Dinner at 8 or 7.30 pm ( don't take heavy diet ) then my fav English class and sleep at 11 pm. 🥰

I am not the one who eats 600/- junk and the veggies and fruits in the market are expensive for my pocket but still I agree with you.Staying at right diet is much cheaper than paying for doctor's visits and other medical expenses . But what to do about this tongue which keeps craving for spicy food😢

This lifestyle has been gifted to me by my family elders (especially maternal side) since my birth. It has been 28 years now. They were in touch with Acharya Sheshadri Swaminathan ji. I follow to as much extent I can, especially while curing any physical ailments, if I catch. I don't take any medicines. And definitely there are many levels where this lifestyle saves us a lot of money practically. There is no point in arguing before experimenting. Hats off to Satvic Team for making this knowledge available to the masses in such a presentable manner.

I agree that we should try to live a healthy lifestyle, but I still don't agree that healthy eating is easily affordable. Rs.400 ki Starbucks ki coffee kaun roj peeta hai? Aur jo peeta hai, uske liye money is not a concern. And this is fact ki unhealthy aur junk food bahut sasta aur easily available hai.... Don't think about Rs.600 pizza only, also consider Rs.20 momos, Rs.20 Puff patties, Rs.15 Samosa/Kachori/Bread Pakoda vs Rs.80 nariyal pani, Rs.60 Thali (Dal, Sabzi, Roti), Rs.100/kg fruits....

My 1 meal(heavy): 900 Cal[40g Protein, 16g Fiber, ] 1. 400g/3 katori dal/rajma/chana(lets say moong dal = Rs 70 2. 350g/2 katori curd = Rs 40 3. 250mL/1 Glass Coconut Water: Rs 60 4. 200g/2 katori Sabji(2 Sabji per heavy meal so overall 400g/4 katori)(Lets say Spinach + Aloo gobhi): Rs 60(Approx) 5. 1 Roti/35g atta: Rs 15(Approx) 6. ½beetroot/40-50g beetroot: Rs 15 7. Other Gas Charges: havent done any break down but still lets say just: Rs 45 per meal' usage Total Cost of 1 heavy meal of the day that i have: Rs 300 [Completely Balanced Diet] VS 1 Meal at Fast Food Outlet: Rs 500-1000 [Unbalanced diet, with absence of proteins, fiber and micronutrients. Only processed carbohydrates and unhealthy fats, i.e. fatty refined and processed oils that have no health benefits and the worsr for heart health] Lets say going to McDonalds and ordering: [1400+ kCal i.e. limit of 2 out of 3 meals already reached - Questionable Protein, 200g refined carbohydrate the unhealthy vareity having almost 70-80% of daily carbohydrate limit in 1 day, 60g fat i.e. 80+% daily fat requirement and all was the extremely unhealthy vareity, 5-7g fiber] 1. 1 Maharaja Mac Burger: Rs 256 2. 1 Medium Fries: Rs 110 3. 1 Medium Coke/Pepsi: 98 Total Bill: Rs 374(In Meal)/ Rs 464(In after taxes + Delivery + Zomato Cut etc): Vs Dominos: 2500 kCal i.e. more tham daily requirement for people of sedentary lifestyle[30-40g protein given the cheese being used is authentic still very bad.protein to total calorie ratio, 300g Carbohydrate i.e. more than daily.limit and most of which is the unhealthy refined wheat/maida with no nutrient benefit and less fiber, 70-80g fats i.e. more than the daily rewuirement of most.people and most of which is the unhealthy vareity of.nutrient benefit and bad for heart health] 1. 1 Medium Pizza: Rs 550 2. 1 Garlic Bread Sticks: Rs 120 3. 1 Pepsi Can: Rs 60 Total Cost: Rs 730 Conclusion: 1. Fast Food have no nutritional benefit so same as eating grass where calories being added without any nutrients to body and unhealthy variety of fats and refined carbohydrates depleting cardiovascular health. The Low Fiber is not causing us to feel full and satiated even though we actually are already full and beyond 2. Balanced Meal: Giving right amout of protein for repair.of.tissues and organs, healthy carbohydrates to build the tissues and healthy fats that help in cognitive functions, metabolism, visceral layer around organs and much more. And micronutrients for metabolism, building nutrients for tissues etc and lot.more and also high in fiber which keep gut clean and help us feel full very early. You will feel like.u r over eating even though u r not

The thing is we gotta eat healthy food on daily basis. Or almost days of the week.. And about pizza an all so it's on either a celebration, birthday party or when someone else got that for you . 😅 So healthy food is expensive in this way.. but I guess in india it's easy cause we normally eat healthy food like pulses ,chapatti...so yeah we. Can afford normal healthy daily style food

People tell me I am very rich to use nutmilks instead of milk which I don't like to hear some say it has no comparison will regular milk nutrition and very inconvenient to have it and I think plant milk should be atleast 20 percent cheaper but it is expensive even when making at home

Pls help me to adopt satvic lifestyle and balance with my day to day life My schedule Have to leave home at 7: 45 am, breakfast - 2 rotis Lunch - 11:30 am 2 rotis Lunch again - 3:30 pm 2 rotis ( After coming back from vollyball at 8pm) Dinner at 9 ppm As diabetes 14 year old injection before eating 3 times not at 11: 30 am and one at 8 :30 pm can't it 30 min after taking it

In our state ,, vegetables are more expensive than non - veg things,, also coconuts 🥥 are expensive we can’t afford it.

Eating tooo much healthy food also dangerous for health im the example when i drinked neem juice only half spoon i got 2 glucose in hospital next i drinked beetroot juice again 2 glucose 😅 then i understood it's ok to eat outside food sometimes😅😅😅

I am sorry but for some people this is is also expensive I never went to an concert I never taken Starbucks I never eat burger pizza bocs it's 100 rupees I only afford recharge through which I can study nd dealing with lots of health issues hairfall pimple indigestion dandruff etc etccccc 🥹 we cannot afford dry fruits even some fruits vegetables they are too expensive like 100rupeas etc etc

You are actually taking two extreme scenarios... Most of the people neither have much healthy lifestyle nor the excess unhealthy lifestyle, they prefer the normal homemade food, yoga and exercises... Yes, people like me do consume Tomato sauces mayonese etc but not on daily basis
