He would have organized or at least suggested a group thing and would have talked about the news and updated her about the other non-dates he's been going on with people they both knew in school and he ghosting them too?

What happened is yall both habe been out there in the dating world n things haven't panned out so then u start scrolling thru ur mental emotional rolodex, fishing the waters. He was just fishing, he wasn't serious. He met someone else that he was more interested in. It happens
