Water is lost in urine and in sweat and is also being lost throughout the day when you breathe and when small amounts of water evaporate through the skin.
Water, as a topic in itself is extremely extensive. Volumes can be written on it. But in this ebook, I have limited myself to the basic myths about water consumption. From a personal point of view, i was facing a lot of digestive issues so as told by my mother i tried drinking a litre of hot water in the morning 40-45 mins before going to the washroom and it really helped my bowel flush. Before this i was drinking a litre of normal water in the morning but that wasn't as effective as hot or lukewarm water.

We did a experiment in our school days in biology which proved that enzyme activity increased with increase in temperature. That's why hot water helps.

Sir, it depends upon case to case the difference that happens after taking hot water only. I have noticed difference as in better and fewer bowel movements in a day. Earlier i had 3-4 bowel movements and now i have 1-2. Hot water helped me for this. I already have good fibers in my diet.

For lower pain, please do some glutes aka hip muscles. Generally tight gluteus muscle leads to lower back pain unless you have some disc related issue. Start with very basic and 1 thing at a time, so that at least you start your journey. walk for one hour

When I drink luke warm water I feel uncomfortable and burning sensation of my whole body and also nausea. That's why I don't drink warm water. I drink room temperature water and sometimes slightly cold water.

The billed weight of Pehlwan Dara Singh was 127 kg. By looking at his pictures he has good lats, chest and quads but isn't super muscular. He had small arms. How was he so heavy. He was heavier than Arnold who had the same height.

@@rohankumarlal5472 No I don't hate myself,but I carry pot of green tea with me wherever I go amd iam really fond of the ginger flavoured green tea.I used to drink coffee a hell lot and it used to be 12-15 cups a day,then I switched to green tea because I was having sleeping issues.

Hot water(hot enough to sip like tea), after any meal does tremendous help in breaking down food. People who disagree, please try it out and you will surprise yourself. Better food digestion is a giant leap towards weight loss.

when u eat cold food, it will digest slowly but if u eat hot it will digest fast.. That's why when u eat cold food, u should drink warm water

Sir i feel hungry even after one hour of my meals...i take a proper indian meal. Sir what should i do as i cant keep on eating for the whole day. Sir What are your suggestions?

SANJAY SINGH this is bcoz u have first metabolism or ur are not having complex carbohydrates. U can go for small meals every 2-3 hours it will solve ur problem.

Try to add some ghee in your diet. It's filling and keep you full for long... If you are lean already, then only it is good for you, else might gain weight in time

I eat 4 egg white and sattu at 5 pm after workout and at 8.pm take dinner ( 2 roti, 1 katori sabji, 100g chicken breast low oil) can it cause health issues... Plss reply... And yes I drink adequate water... Plsss reply sir
