@@SanjayKumar-fq8ds This [method] can be done daily in the morning, after cleansing face with hydrating face wash...please spray rose-water or apply other toner or just apply a little moisturiser after this and then finally sunscreen....because it definitely tones the face but doesn't give enough hydration especially in winters.

Hi I'm from Pakistan dipping or washing your face with cold water is old tradition my granny said never wash your face with warm water or you'll have skin issues alway wash with cold water if you don't want any skin issues in life, not just face but whole body once you get use to it it's life changer for your health in many cases. I ice rub dip my face in cold water bowl and bath ice tub. We fine so far but in winters we gotta warm up water. But always end bath with cold water

Ponds moisturizer carries some ingredients that causes dark oily skin . Instead of ponds moisturizer go for Joy bright radiance body lotion it carries alpha arbutin, Vita c and niacinamide it will make ur skin brighter.
