And since their belief tells them only their path is one true path, all the rest are infidels/heathens who will burn in hellfire after death, they can never truly accept the Hindu as their kith and kin. Incredible discussion. Having Jai Sai Deepak in itself is a incentive big enough to view this discussion. However, of the 32 minutes of the discussion only the last 5 minutes actually threw light on how AI contends with IP. Sai one clarification-as a reader of books which I always like to own and read now I don’t find the need to buy them and I find free pdf full version on the net which I can download freely and read on my system. Are these free downloads allowed by law and am I allowed to download freely and read? Very old books written 100 years back are no longer in print but available in pdf form.

Finally someone made use of his core competencies. Always Had some questions which never asked got answered here... Like there is site(electronic lib. ) which provide free books but used to got banned in India. And photocopy OMG I was involved in illegal activities all my student life. I have many books in photocopy forms.

Interesting. Not only IPR but the entire law database can be linked to AI based apps. We can see extension of this to case laws and judgements which will ensure quick disposal of judgements. Currently the main worry is the delay. Imagine a state when few cases are pending in courts. Also AI can help in frivolous suits and counter suits. Means the centralized app acts as a filter and does not entertain filing of the cases! Reform will change the entire system, the professionals. It is high time the entire system should go high tech, atleast in our landscape.

Yes, but are you aware that there are specific Lawyers who file frivolous petitions in SC knowingly.. They are paid to do this, and they will be the first ones to oppose the implementation of AI in Judiciary. These Lawyers are infamous for filing PILs in almost every case whenever govt takes an executive decision.
