The BEST way is to actually buy and pick up in the Paris Airport! Biggest secret! You dont have to fill out anything-no tax-and if you already have a carryon bag- all Airport purchases in their designers paper bag-is allowed on the plane! They make it easy to spend money in the airport! I bought a handbag and a scarf packed inside a huge LV shopping bag!!! Why the heck are you wearing a mask????

Very easy, the forms are all taken care of in the stores. You simply bring the items and the forms to the airport and scan them at the tax refund kiosk on the day of departure. If refund to card, it takes a week up to a month. If cash it’s instant. You can also ask stores to do express refund if you are purchasing 48 hours before departure, then those refund are very fast like a day after you departed.
