In order for a body to fly out of Mexico it has to be embalmed. An embalmed body can receive a autopsy but it wouldn’t t be accurate. Mexico could also claim any damage done to her body was done while in flight.

Just so everyone understands better, the time between investigating, and extraditing a possible criminal or criminals to another country is a more lengthy process than if the person (s) being looked at had committed the crime as an American citizen in America. The US Department of Justice has an obligation to make sure that if they are turning an American citizen over to another country that all their i's are dotted and t's crossed before sending that person to another country to face possible prosecution and prison time. You will hardly be able to find anyone who is more interested in seeing the person or persons out of that group that are responsible for the physical assault and those who may be complicit after the fact see such be brought to justice. I am apprehensive to say this but this process could take even more months and technically it could take years (I think the latter is highly unlikely). Just purely guessing and speculation wise, I don't imagine that it will take too much longer, but I would admonish all of us to realize that we have to be patient, keep her name alive across the airwaves and in printed, and electronic media. Secondly, many bloggers have leaped head first into incredible conjecture, extreme speculation, and innuendo in regard to who was involved in this incident and what their culpability is. I think the video evidence demonstrates clearly that Dejanae is, at a minimum, responsible for a vicious violent one-sided attack on what Mexican law refers to as a "direct aggression act" towards Shanquella which was not an accident. The two men in the room may be charged with something like failure to intervene. Something like that could be possible under US law, but I am not knowledgeable about Mexico statutes concerning that issue. The big elephant in the room that I have always contended since this whole matter began with the continued use of the term Cabo 6 and inclusion of Nazeer in that group. This term lends itself to the idea of judge, juror, and executioner and does not allow for a system of jurisprudence to establish who is guilty of what and what degree. And people's attitude regarding this awful violent beating doesn't lend itself at all to exonerating those who may not be guilty at all and I think that Nazeer falls into that category. As much as bloggers have basically leaned in One direction concerning him, there's just as much direct testimony and circumstantial evidence from his side to show and demonstrate that virtually everything he said is Right. And some of his missteps in his video I feel we're basically honest mistakes due to the pressure in the extreme public condemnation toward all of those who may even remotely appear to be guilty of something whether the public has proof of that or not. He has basically been witch hunted and has been troubled by being made guilty through association and not based upon any established evidence direct or circumstantial. I believe the things that people think they understand about his role in matters are primarily misinterpretations and understanding of what he was doing at particular moments and times.

The worst-case scenario is that the longer the delay the more evidence that will be revealed. The FBI is not like the city police, they have access to all types of investigatory tools. In a nice villa like that one, I have a hard time believing that there are no hidden cameras that track the activities of the occupants to avoid the destruction of their property. If the photo is real then why did they only release one? The report said Shanquella vomited and released her bowels. I am always concerned when evidence is spoon-fed from a murder scene. As an investigator, the evidence is kept confidential until the preliminary hearing. We need to step back, slow down and look at what we know, and what we don't know and stop the distraction. Queen, I like the way you approach the case. Things to think about? What did Khalil mean by we have our first dead body? Was the group surprised that Shanquella was still alive the next day? What was in Shanquella's drink? Why such a violent murder if they were trying to poison her? Other witnesses? who may have overheard conversations or the noise from the fight. I also wonder if the FBI is tracking them. We live in a technological world, where everything is tracked. Keep up the good work. It's deeper than we think.
