This place looks effing INCREDIBLE. It would absolutely take off in Melbourne AU. Much like New York we are super multicultural and have plenty of authentic Asian cuisine but this looks like a wonderful fusion. My mum was watching the food shots and said it looked and sounded beautiful. If we ever make it to the US I am not missing it!
