you can download a mod like skyhanni, it shows you what to do in order to get better tools and upgrade your farming fortune so you can get more carrots from each block

tbh its impossible to reach the #1 without max gear and even with max gear its gonna take hundreds of hours to get to a good position

im pretty sure it changes from the percentage to a number starting from 1000 with your inexperience in the game it really just seems like a lost cause bro dont get into the game

get farming 50 by farming mushrooms use money from mushroom farming to get the best gear you can (should be able to afford fermento) farm carrots and do contests to get farming 60 upgrade setup until max

if you want to go on the leaderboards you need to get 100 mill in the first place to afford the catalists and spend money unlocking all your minion slots and farming 6 hours per day then it might be possable

You’ll need maxed farming gear and hundreds of hours of time to reach top 5k. I suggest learning bazaar flipping for early game to get started with cropie and gauss carrot hoe. Later game farming minions won’t do much.

im telling you this from someone who peaked at number 890 ish in wheat and seeds, this is not something fun and if you really want to get up you will need hours upon hours put in daily, first maxing out all stupid stuff that for some reason gives like 2 farming fortune, but hey after that it gets worse when you have to farm longer than other people, it took only 300 or 400 hours to join top 1000 though, staying there is a bit harder as you need to keep up and you can easily get burned out, however i do wish you luck and you gotta max out all the minions to maximise the production with hyper catalysts that tripple the production it is a waste of coins but other leaderboarders do the same and you gotta keep up

Minions will give you almost no collection get a good farming setup and farm carrots with a maxed one you make 18m/h coins
