I think that , it'll be better to pray in our house space without having a dedicated room so that we don't only stick to one room to worship instead get the chance to worship in our whole house 🏠 (Praying the sunnah/nafl prayers , for women) Allah knows best of my thoughts

Is it allowed for women to have a prayer room in the house? so that they can pray peacefully. Because, if they are praying in rooms, sometimes others, or kids may disturbing or cross Infront etc.

He just said not to have a designated prayer room. If kids are playing in room A then go to room B for the prayer. If they play in room B tomorrow then go to room A. It’s really simple. Close the door for 5 minutes if you need to. Subahanallah

@@LoveDoveDarling I think he referred specifically for men, who might take the prayer room as an excuse to not to go to masjid. As for women, they are not prescribed to go to masjid, so why not making a separate room for prayer if they have provision to do so. I'm looking for answer from sheikh specifically for women.

If someone tells you, don’t eat pork, do you go and say “oh, he just means no pork for men”? I can’t tell if you’re a troll or not. Do whatever you want, dude. It’s your life. It just boggles my mind how he literally said “don’t have designated rooms in the house for prayer” and then this man says. “How about for women”?…Good God!

Deeds that reward a person equal to hajj if he does them correctly and sincerly 1. Perform Ablution properly and go for each obligatory salat in Masjid 2. After praying salat Fajr in congregation, then remember Allah(سبحانه و تعالى),by doing dhikr or reading quran, till (15-20 minutes) after sunrise to perform two superogratory rakat 3. Perform Umrah in the month of Ramadan is equal to Hajj 4. Going to Masjid to learn/teach beneficial knowledge 5. Saying SubhanaLlah 33, AlhamduliLlah 33, Allahu Akbar 33, and then say La ilaha ill-Allah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu’l-mulk wa lahu’l-hamd wa huwa ‘ala kulli shay’in qadir

you can pray anywhere rather than specifying one location if masjid is far from your house or for example you are in office and want to perform salah because as our beloved Prophet said (ﷺ) on the judgement day that place will be speak for us

Allah’s Mercy is Certainly Near to the Good-Doers.. Allah says in Surah Al-A’raaf (what means): "Allah’s mercy is certainly near to the good-doers." [Quran 7:56] Commenting on this, Ibn Taymiyah wrote: "The reason why Allah singled out the people of goodness for nearness to mercy is because that mercy is a form of goodness from Allah, the most merciful of those who show mercy and His goodness is only for the people of goodness, as rewards are commiserate with their deeds. So the more that people do good in their actions, the more that Allah will be good to them with His mercy."

You are my Lord. None has the right to be worshipped except You. You created me and I am your servant and I abide by your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in you from the evil, which I have committed. On the authority of Umm Haani’ bint Abi Taalib (رضي الله عنها). She said: “The Messenger of Allaah ﷺ , walked past me one day so I said, ‘O Messenger of Allaah, I have become old and weak - or something similar to this - so tell me of a good deed that I can do while I am sitting.’ *He ﷺ said: “Say ‘Subhaan Allaah’ 100 times for it is equivalent to freeing 100 slaves from the offspring of Ismaa‘eel; and say ‘Al-Hamdu li-llaah’ 100 times for it is equivalent to 100 horses saddled with reins ready to carry fighters in the cause of Allaah; and say ‘Allaahu Akbar’ 100 times for it is equivalent to 100 camels slaughtered for the sake of Allaah; and say ‘La Ilaah Illa Allaah’ 100 times.” Ibn Khalaf (the narrator from ‘Aasim) said, “I think he said: ‘…it fills what is between the heavens and the earth, and on that day out of all the deeds that are risen to Allaah, none will be better than yours except for a person who said what you said.’* [(Musnad Ahmad) Al-Munthiri, Al-Haythami, and Al-Albaani classified it as Hasan (good)

Our business is constructing houses and we really like the designs from Indonesia where they have a musalla. We want to make a design that is similar to that but we stumble upon this video. Some Ulamah said it is ok and some say it is not. Which should we follow? The prayer room will be intented only for the ones that can pray in the house and for Sunnah prayers, tahajjud etc.

it would be better to pray in the rest of the house and not confined to one room. Imagine all the rooms getting the blessing of Allah SWT, it would be very good!

Then how do we understand the following hadith? It was narrated that Umm Humayd the wife of Abu Humayd al-Saa’idi came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and said, “O Messenger of Allaah, I like to pray with you.” He said, “I know that you like to pray with me, but your prayer in your room is better for you than your prayer in your courtyard and your prayer in your courtyard is better for you than your praying in your house, and your prayer in your house is better for you than your prayer in the mosque of your people, and your prayer in the mosque of your people is better for you than your prayer in my mosque.” So she issued orders that a prayer-place be prepared for her in the furthest and darkest part of her house, and she used to pray there until she met Allaah (i.e., died).” (Narrated by Ahmad, 26550). This hadeeth was classed as saheeh by Ibn Khuzaymah in his Saheeh, 3/95; Ibn Maajah, 5/595; al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb wa’l-Tarheeb, 1/135

Not sure if this is correct but I just read on Islamqa that the Mihrab was not around at the time of the Prophet ﷺ and that it appeared in the second century of Islam. Cannot find a hadith about a Mihrab. Can anybody can clear up this confusion for me? جزاك الله خير.

I want a praying room because in my country everybody is catholic and i dont have a masjid closeby. And i want that room to be a clean room that can be used for worshipping. My husand smokes cigarettes (allahfou) and he only smokes in the kitchen so i dont want to oray in my livingroom because it has no doors and it doesnt smell nice. I hope allah will accept my effort to finish my praying room because it will motivate me to do more with allah’s will. I am a convert please correct me if its wrong to do so( greetings from croatia )

That prohibition is for men or for both men and women because women won't go to masjid so it is permitted to have a room for prayers at home

This is my understanding Women can go to the masjid. And as for prayer room we know that we can pray anywhere as long as it is clean so I don't think we need to have a designated prayer room.

Jesus is the savior of the world turn to him so that you may be saved to be with the Jesus and Father forever for he loves you unconditionally and sent Jesus to die for you and me on the cross he was sinless yet he became sin for us he defeated the devil on the cross he broke the devils neck and took away his powers Jesus conquered death Hell and the Grave and rose again and no demon in Hell was strong enough to hold Jesus he closed the gates of hell and Opened the gates of Heaven. And always remember we are saved through grace and not works for our good works are like filthy rags Infront God's goodness.

​​@@Ahmad-no1wyNow regarding proof here is the thing I once was in a dark place in my life during that time Jesus appeared to me in my dreams as well showed me sings in the physical world as well those of the supernatural before accepting the Lord in my life I was very sick physically and depressed the day I accepted the Lord he helped me of illnesses my body that was as weak and no muscle mass due to illnesses was no more I became Healthy the Lord gave me strength in not just the physical the mental but also the spiritual. When I prayed to Jesus he always answered and I knew the God I serve is real unlike in Islam I felt alone I always had to work for heaven and god's love but that was not Love Jesus showed me that his love is unconditional the Father showed me his love is unconditional the holy Ghost showed me his love is unconditional so why would I not want others to experience this.
