Is It POSSIBLE To Beat Cuphead WITHOUT BREATHING?

Welcome to my latest gaming challenge - attempting to beat Cuphead without taking a single breath! In this video, I will push my gaming skills to the limit as I try to complete the notoriously impossible Cuphead game while holding my breath.
I'll be taking on a variety of challenging bosses and levels, relying solely on my reflexes and strategic thinking to navigate through the game. You'll see me struggle, gasp for air, and push through the intense moments as I attempt to beat this game without breathing.

This may actually be possible, the longest held breath24 minutes and 37 seconds, and speedrunners have been able to do it in about 23 minutes in the simple mode, so, theoretically the person who has the record for longest breath held could do this! he would probably pass out tho because of how hard the game is.

Well if im not mistaken, every movement uses oxygen, and that guy probably wasn’t moving at all when he went for the record, so even just him moving his hands to play the game would use up oxygen.

It actually might be interesting to try this challenge not during the entire playthrough but boss fights only, since it forces the player to beat the boss in the most efficient way possible and under the stress of not being able to breath (and it is actually, probably possible), but all in all, best to just not try any challenge that involves life and death @_@

This challenge is actually theoretically possible. The Cuphead speedrun world record is just under 23 minutes, while the record for the longest held breath is over 24 minutes. So, theoretically someone could train to be able to do both meaning they could complete the challenge. Never mind someone said this before me, R.I.P.

If anyone wants to try thy again for some reason here's a tip: Before starting the challenge, breathe intensely 30 times, then a HUGE inhale at the 30th one, hold your breath and you'll actually be able to hold it for longer.

Okay, but for real, putting all sorts of jokes or memery aside, a breathless run, under certain definitions, is absolutely possible. Just make it so that the rule is "You cannot breathe during the game," and have it so that whenever you need to breathe, tab out of the game, take your breath, and then go back into the game. Granted, this probably wouldn't be possible on PC where the game keeps running, but on a console like Switch, the game is paused while you're in the home menu. This guy called FearsomeFire actually did a full breathless speedrun of Super Mario Odyssey following this ruleset, and being a speedrun, the goal was to minimize the amount of time spent in the home menu. In a regular challenge run, time would not be a concern, so you could spend as long as you needed on there. This, admittedly, would make a boring video, since there is no question; It is obviously possible this way, as it's literally just a normal run with frequent pausing. It's just something for the player to challenge themselves with, rather than requiring theorycrafting a strategy. The game is on, Chicken. You brought this upon yourself. _Now you must finish it._

I feel like you can do something like this a normal person should be able to hold their breath for about 5 mins if you do some breathing exercises but the thing is you can breath while walking around the world but have to hold your breath while I’m boss fights and fights only take about 2-4 mins so you could do it

Technically it is possible, speedrunners can beat cuphead in 17 mins and the world record for no breathing is 24 mins. YOU GOTTA DO IT

It could be cool cuphead but you can't breath during the boss fight. You are allowed to breathe during freeroam in map and immediately after losing/knockout screen, so you are incentivize to use highest dps setups
