In Castle-3, you could use the 2x1 brick that is in front of you before you'll jump (it's even higher than the floor). You can use the same first idea with the 2 blocks in 4-4 (grabbing some speed). Or you can use the speed panel boost. Step in the Speed panel boost, run, do a little jump landing in that little 2x1 brick, then do a higher jump. Another idea is by someone who wrote in the comments. You can use Rosalina for that level bc of her spin jump, being her "3rd jump".
