Happy Friday everyone! In this video, I am going to take you through my personal opinions on my STI to help persuade you into buying one, or not. I’ve had this car for about 2 years now and I have become very familiar with it. I’ve learned a lot of tips and tricks, and some reasons go steer me into a different platform. Please don’t be afraid to comment questions about the STI if you are looking to buy one. I will help as much as I can!!! Thanks for watching!!

I adore my 07 sti. You don't see many 04-07 sti's on the road much anymore, at least in my area. I had mine tuned at 12k miles very aggressively. And drove the heck out of it knowing it was a ticking time bomb. Finally at 65k miles I had low compression and built the motor. Now the car is even better with less worries.

The turbo 2.5's dont have the head gasket issues that older naturally aspirated non turbo 2.5's had. The 6 speeds in the STI can actually hold a LOT more than 600 horsepower reliably..900-1000 without issues. Even for a first timer pulling an engine. Taking out an STI engine is REALLY EASY. No.special tools required, just an engine hoist and a few wrenches.

900-1000?! I didn’t think it was that high. That’s crazy! Thanks for the info! And I meant special tool as in like cam sprocket to help with timing and stuff, not necessarily removing the motor!!
