To me, here’s what separates a true Christian from a false Christian: A real Christian will occasionally fall into sin, but they will try to correct their behavior. A false Christian, on the other hand, won’t even recognize their sinful behavior. To them, their behavior is perfectly acceptable and legitimate.

We are known by the Fruit we bare. If a person is living in open sin, and we call them out over their sins being committed, that is not judging God has already judged the sin, and I am backing what God judged as sin.💜✝🇺🇸

Let me help you out with this one. As Christians we can judge the actions of others. We may even question whether or not someone is a Christian based on their actions. But, judging whether or not someone is a Christian - that's the Lord's business.

For example David Servant, if your heart wants to not watch porn (for example, this isn't my issue and hopefully not yours) once in a few years.... do you believe that God thinks you "love sin"? Does the one sin invalidate what your heart has been yearning for? Sanctification? Of course that one sin doesn't matter to God nearly as much as the years you spent praying for deliverance. Everyone slips up and makes a mistake now and then, and even more than every now and then. Again, Paul makes this clear in Romans 7. It's not the frequency of the sin, it's the heart behind it. But here is a better question. What if someone watched it daily (again its not my sin, it was many years ago however)... but also prayed daily to be delivered? What do you think of this? God has put it on my heart to make sure that those who preach true repentance don't tip over the line into legalism / perfect obedience for salvation.

As someone who has struggled with this when first born again.....yes, you will stumble now n then because you are warring with your flesh, whereas before then you just gave in to evrry lust and desire....this is why John says BUT IF WE SIN WE HAVE AN ADVOCATE WITH THE FATHER...confess it and press through ...but in time the Spirit within you will empower you to overcome. Therefore you will no longer be a slave to that sin. Now, to indulge in it WILLFULLY is the issue. God will make a way of excape...most often by his word being now written on your heart, therefore you will absolutely not sin against God. Yes you are still saved but you WILL BE BEAT WITH MANY STRIPES BY GOD when you willfully indulge in what is in opposition to God.

@Joe Momma - Amen! The command to be perfect is definitely a command. But whether we succeed or fail in the command is not what is important. It's whether or not we want to succeed or want to fail. I want to succeed and conquer my temptations, so I am saved. I pray for this every day and God has delivered me from many of them. I pray you are not misunderstanding the gospel friend.

@Joe Momma - Wanting to fail or not caring about God's commands is rebellion yes, or falling away. This is when we stop praying for sanctification.

@@jesusislord7021 - When I do watch porn it is rare, maybe once every 2-3 months nd I am disgusted (or rather, the Holy Spirit within me is disgusted, and since my primary prayer is to be more yielding to the Spirit, I am also disgusted). God has given me a way out from porn but not always masturbation. He is trying to remove my fantasies of making love to my future wife. That is the only place I really struggle at times. When I need to release... I fantasize. But God does fight me and He is getting better and better at it... sometimes He can stop me in the middle. No I don't "jack off"... I just fantasize. Well. I guess you can call it masturbation. LOL. I don't touch myself though. However I do smoke cannabis frequently and I know God has been convicting me to stop. It's not that I'm ignoring the conviction, it's just that it is a powerful stronghold. I am going to spend this Summer being very active, travel places where there is no legal cannabis stores, and break the stronghold.

@@jesusislord7021 - I agree. One of my favorite scriptures I found the other day taped to the side of a cabinet I had put aside. It was Hebrews 10:26.. don't think I have sinned willfully, all my sins feel terrible. Willful sin feels like rebellion.

On the narrow path, Amen! Repentance is when you know you've hurt God and begin striving to walk with the Spirit! Repentance is a prerequisite of belief! Those who are not repentant cannot believe in God. However, we also need to take note of Romans 7 and what Paul makes clear in that chapter. The verses you read in this video, you are talking about LOVING those sins. We often sin but we hate doing it. This is what Paul was discussing in Romans 7. It's not him that is evil, but the sin nature within him. His heart has been transformed however, and Paul definitely desires to please the Lord. It wouldn't be possible if he wasn't repentant, the Holy Spirit would not have been filled within Paul!

Willful sin is when you call yourself a Christian but no longer feel the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

Only christians can judge christians. The world? Them only God can judge. Christians judge christians by the scriptures we abide together in. Scripture wouldn't mean anything to people of the world. God must call them alone. We after make disciples (through discipline) of christians to be disciples themselves. Our judgement is for christians and christians alone. To rebuke, warn, even shun in hopes of repentance
