All facts! We are heading into our third year and have been working on growing the business and putting much of the money back into the business. However, things feel slower than last year and hoping it picks up. We are staring to offer other services and seems to be paying off. We now do junk removal, dirt and concrete pick up, re sale of items found on jobs, light demo, yard mowing and weed wacking and light tree service. Also we joined our local Chamber of Commerce and going door to door knocking and putting up yard signs. It’s a ton more work than what we have done to get work but seems to be paying off. Thank God we are rolling into spring and can see the potential of clients starting to come in. Sow good seeds and Reap the harvest!! Good luck out there everyone best of luck in 2024!!

Be careful with offering too many services it can hurt your business in some cases. Make sure you are making good profits or you may need to cut some out. Spring is starting off great for us this year with the warmer than normal temps and it should only get better from here. Best of luck to you as well!!!

Thank you for continuing to mention compensating for truck/dumpster costs whether you own or not. it's mind blowing to me how many people don't do this. Even guys who are trying to be the "face of the dumpster business" on KZbin. Probably a big reason why so many folks go out of business and can't figure out why the profit is great until those bills come up.

This is highly overlooked! Imagine if you spent your cash and had to pay 10% interest on top of paying your investment back! this changes the #s so much no matter what the cash investment. If you invest alot of cash, lets say 500k that is 50k a year with no interest for 10 years. this makes a big difference and will change your mindset. The fact you own your equiptment is always a plus but that is assuming you realise it. Thanks for watching and your comment was a great one! I appreciate it

For me it’s a little different I’m retired have a pension which covers my living expenses. I built my trailer and bins so i don’t owe anything to pay off. Already owned my truck so i don’t need to make enough money from this business to cover mortgage and such. My weak points are technology and i hate answering the phone 😁but i have to keep improving my weak points. Good video 👍
