Embarrassing discussion point. He's not even polarizing the media just wants to make him a polarizing figure so they have some drama to talk about. He breaks down the huddles and does a lot of community service. He's a great addition for the team and city

Ppl making a big deal over nothing. Jamo is not being rude to his coaches or teammates. He has those unfortunate situations with the betting app which he didn't know he couldn't bet on NBA, he thought he couldn't bet nfl. Then the gun situation shouldn't be an issue because he's an American citizen and has right to protect himself. And those on field penalties I feel the refs are starting to pick on him. He threw the ball at that bears punk who tripped him first. Other than that I feel the refs are eyeballing him now for every little thing

The media makes this a “thing”. A hundred dudes do the same or worse and you never hear about. Jamo does it and it gets clicks. Its lame, and pathetic. Gives the bored people who want to have a loud opinion about stuff for no reason something to gripe about. Jamo is a good kid, who plays hard for his team and shows up on gameday. Period.

Jamo is not a problem. Just a young dude with new fame and crazy amounts of money. His only mistake frfr is the throwing the ball at Stephenson face and the gun under the seat. I don’t fault him for the gambling cuz a lot of players don’t fully understand the leagues rules, he didn’t take peds, it was a new prescription that had something in it that gave a false positive reading, and the spinning of the ball penalty is something done by EVERY receiver who gets a good yardage play. Jamo is GOOD

Lol!! What's crazy about some of you fans and media members that's always has something negative to say about Jamo is that y'all are not even part of the team. So if the team loves him and not concerned, and he's playing well, why are you so concerned? Does his dreads and the way he talks bother many of you fans and media members and that's the real issue?
@runemonkey586 сағат бұрын
Jamo has those 2 personal fouls and 1 of them was bs. What are we talking about here? His off the field stuff is all minor. Brian Branch got a Personal foul and then kicked out of a game the next play. Do we think he is a problem? Let's stop talking about Jamo as a problem.

That's the game, so knowing that he should not get a freaking penalty. Tbh it's selfish behavior for the team How bad you want to win? A penalty like that could cost us the one seed or a SB. So freaking dumb. At this point he gets no more chances with me. One more and im over it.

I do think Jamo will learn regarding being baited by opposing players. Like you said, Dan's tongue lashing made it clear what his mistake was and Jamo listened. After listening to Jamo for two years, the man is clearly very likeable, by both the fans and the team. He does a lot of charity work. He is a very disruptive force on the field. If he was such a problem, the Lions would not put up with it. I don't think he is selfish, just emotional. Terry made a great comment about Jamo understanding how the other the other players are in championship mode, and he needs to match it. He can't just get by on raw talent like he did at Alabama where he completely outclassed the opposition. Little things make a difference in the NFL. I think he has a monster game against the Niners. Go Lions!

The incident in Chicago was minor and a ref decided to make it major. Chicago was doing a lot worse and got no flags. Take a look at the TD he scored against the BILLS. He knew the Lions couldn’t afford any penalties at that point in the game…he scored, dropped the ball and went to the sideline. He is fine. He’s NOT a problem. Terry is OLD SCHOOL DETROIT SPORTS REPORTING, and that means the Lions have problems that need to be discussed and directed. This is not the Lions teams that he used to cover. Lighten up, Jamo is fine. Happy New Year

Who’s fault is that? The media LOVES to make a big deal out of nothing with him. I guarantee you there’s 100 players (many of them white) who probably get pulled over with a gun in the car, registered to them, and not get in trouble for a lack of a CPL. That is something police are ALLOWED to use discretion on. And they did. Then THE MEDIA took off with it. No one else did. All the stuff be does is much ado about nothing. You could find 100 dudes in the league doing the same or more and not getting traction for pointing it out in the media.

I won’t hop on the trending topic in terms of the comments. It wasn’t an embarrassing conversation. U guys all made great points. I lean more towards T. Foster’s opinion. It’s time for Jamo to become a professional. We’re chasing history in Detroit. On the other hand…. I’ll tell u what is embarrassing. The fact that I absolutely love this show. Until about 5 minutes ago…. I thought the young brotha with the dreads was Denard Robinson 🤦🏾♂️🤣😆… My apologies. His takes on the Lions are so passionate… I believed he was homegrown 🏈 Had to do some digging, to learn that Robinson is from Florida 🤦🏾♂️…. Now this is embarrassing…. Especially because I call myself the Detroit Lions Almanac. 47 years as a die hard, and was wrong about this one 😆
