Love Not Hate The first instance Corbyn did not protest the removal of the mural. The artist had a Facebook page re the removal and had called it a socialist mural. Corbyn liked the page and commented that other socialist artists had faced the same action. On the Facebook page the mural was too small to be seen anyway. I looked at the mural and didn’t see the persons in it as Jewish, and that was a full view. It’s a perfect example of a manufactured story. As for the other story’s they all eminate from Corbyn being a supporter of Palestinian rights, essentially UN Charter 242 that the Labour Party says it supports and is international Law. I can’t be bothered going through all this nonsense but you mention Hamas terrorists and no doubt targeting civilians is terrorism. However why was it ok to attend Ariel Sharon’s funeral which was attended by various heads of state. Sharon was guilty of 100s possibly 1000s of deaths of innocent civilians. Israel is responsible for wholesale state terrorism which causes Palestinian resistance which results in terrorism. People who oppose Israel’s violence are declared Anti-Semitic and sadly it’s very affective. Anyone who try’s to talk about these smears is then an Anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist. When the smearing is done openly. Even Jewish people like former MP Gerald Kaufman were/are called self-hating for criticising Israel.

I have a few issues with this talk and how information and history and current events are presented I feel this talk did nothing to fight against real antisemitism. In the begining she blames Christianity for Antisemitism, though the biggest support of Jews are Christians in the US and UK. The church was historically antisemitic. That doesn’t apply to most Christians today but Jews were definitely persecuted by Christians up until and into the 20th century.

@@gaz312 except this isn't what the mural was. The mural contained six people and only two were Jewish. And he didn't "praise it". He asked why it was beign removed. Well done for being Exhibit A in how people are led to believe things that aren't true by not having a true udnerstanding of the facts.

@@adamharrison939 This is what the mural was. Anybody who viewed it can clearly see the every person depicted round that table were stereotypes of Jews. And saying only Two were Jews doesn’t help your case in the slightest even if it were true. It’s obvious to anyone who knows that mural that you’re talking pure fiction to justify anti semitism. Something that anti Semitic people are usually guilty of. Saying “He didn’t praise it he why it was being taken down” is not much of a defence and is a little bit contradictory as the statement you made show someone clearly defending a mural that was removed because of it’s blatant anti Semitic content. I was not led by anything I viewed a blatantly anti Semitic mural that would not be out of place in Nazi Germany and then watched as a man well known for his any Semitic behaviour defended it again and again and again. Well done in being exhibit A on how to try to defend blatant anti Semitic behaviour and fail miserably. If it weren’t so disgusting it might actually be laughable.

It is either stupid or manipulative to label people. A person cannot be defined by one of their ideas, no one is antisemite or racist, they may have views that are hostile to jews or they may have beliefs that human beings are divided into races and some so called races are more entitled than others, but they are still a human being worth respect by virtue of their humanity and there will always be multiple aspects to their personality. to reduce a person to one of their ideas you may disagree with is disgusting and always has an underlying agenda. The word antisemite is nowadays used by the apartheid state of Israel to serve as a slur against people who do not buy their propaganda. Persons having bigoted views against any group need education and anyone who hates other group for their inborn traits/heritage are wrong. anti white idea is as wrong as a anti semitic idea, is as wrong as anti Russian idea, is as wrong as anti traveller idea and so on. stop labelling people and tackle their ideologies and remember life is grey, there is no black and white.
