Dane I used your workout app and there wasn’t enough isometric-eccentric-contralateral-plyostatic-antiphotosynthesetic barbell chaos jump squats. So disappointed in you

How did you hold back asking him about the Zack Telander squat challenge?
@ethank-l49306 ай бұрын
Thats a missed opportunity right there. In the video that zach did it was shown joel didnt even hit close to deep and just threw on a alot of weight. Zach even mentioned empty bar would have been fine too to do a deep full rom squat

So his argument is basically "Athletes don't bend their limbs more than 90 degrees so they should train with 90 degree ROM"?

Joel started trying something new (90 degrees) and even though he realized quickly it’s BS he’s in too deep to go back now.

Incredible this guy gets attention and continues to spew absolute nonsense
@ethank-l49306 ай бұрын
Because people see something unique and wacky like you see on his instagram and assume its " advanced" level of training that athletes need to have best performance

His arms are 100% Photoshopped on the poster behind him 😂
