Basically no, Bishop was made in 2010 and there are posts lurking of him since 2016, whereas Jiren wasn’t even introduced until 2017.
I really feel like they copied me as Bishop had the “almighty power” narrative when I initially was drawing Ryuo Bishop. But its no big deal, Jiren could never compare to the B-Man.

Mind you when I first made Bishop it was kind of a concept at first, I had already began my original story (The war series which will be retold on webtoons canvas) as well as complete several hundred pages of "stick figure war" battles on loose leaf paper. Furthermore Bishop was NOT my first comic character, he clocks in somewhere around after I've made 40-50 characters with their own theme, personality, and design during this time.
