Lanyan c2 has the potential to be the strongest shield in the game (yes even stronger than zhonglis) but has not got 100% uptime on top of this, she has vv, can hold thrilling tales and has half decent grouping so yeah seems pretty good

As she can hold VV by default she'll be usable at least. It's easier to make an acceptable support 4*, while Gaming was a surprise by being a decent DPS, a raeity for 4*s.

I could see her being a phenomenal Kazuha replacement in Sethos teams. The lad really needs some sort of defensive unit in the team to keep himself from fainting from a stray gust of wind. Let’s just hope that she’ll be able to swirl electro without too much difficulty while Nahida’s skill eats at the electro application.

While a VV bot + shield is fun, I think like it could have been a lot more original given how many other ways you can have a defensive unit. It’s like after the bad reception with Dehya, they went back to boring damage absorption or straight healing. I’d like to see Genshin try again with either bruiser characters or other damage mitigation. For Anemo defensive units, it would be interesting if instead of a flat shield, it would reflect back or swirl hits if you timed an attack or a dash. (I think of something similar to character classes in action RPGs that encourage you to attack in to enemy attacks, but still have good timing.)

healers are only the clear winner if furina is on ur team and ur dps can't sustain themselves (like neuv, clorinde etc) outside of that it's very close and depends on if the dps has built in IR (like mualani, kinich, raiden, chacsa etc) or gets heavily affected by being stunned/having to dodge (like wanderer, lyney, yoimiya, ganyu, neuv)

I'm not sure her will be replacing Kirara in aggravate team. Nahida is amazing but her Dendro application are very oppressive, which make Electro Swirl hard. From my experience, Kirara C4 are more suitable pick if you want to easier time swirling electro. Plus you can use Instructor set for her so your electro unit still can get EM buff. Add Xilonen shred + Cinder City buff to the mix and you got competent Aggravate team with good sustain (Kirara Shield + Crystallize shield + emergency healing). I don't have Kazuha thought so I don't know if he can get easier swirl with his kit even when Nahida in the team.

Doesn't matter just play whoever tf you want, I don't get why to this day people don't understand that at all. Meta is absolutely useless in a single player focused game where it's also not competitive at all. Honestly beta kit leaks and the "meta" thought process shouldn't exist at all, it has completely ruined the game. Some will argue that the kit leaks are fine as they help decide a character, while you're right to an extent they also brought forth all this crap and arguing like "Oh Mavuika is weak go for Arlechinno" or "oh lan yan is weak don't waste materials". While it's helpful just let the people decide for themselves as it's their experience not yours. If they like Mavuika they'll pull for her, if they like lan yan they'll build her. It's as simple as that, or at least it was until the "meta" thought process came to be. Now you have to play their way or else they'll berate you the rest of your life like is it their decision? No so stop listening and start playing for yourself.
