Pacquiao is a proud warrior and he reminds me of the ancient times when tribes and civilizations had to live by a warrior code which includes honor and bravery. It was easily one of the worst decisions I've ever seen (been watching boxing religiously for 35 years). I mean in a 12 round fight, it's hard to fathom that the guy who landed twice as many punches at a higher connect rate, including power punches, would not get the decision. Pac 182 punches landed to Horn's 92. He landed at a clip of 32% versus Horn landing an embarrassing rate of 15%. I mean, Paq/Bradley1 was a terrible decision against Manny (had Paq 9-3, 8-4 at worst) but the robbery in Horn's hometown was as horrific as it gets. Somebody needs to go to jail for that one lol

@@thetruth9952 even that won't put him above TBE. Floyd's boxing skills were just unreal, despite his age. It's like he sees his opponent in slow motion and has a huge arsenal of skills to display on them. Manny comes in at a straight line and throws fast, high volume, hard punches. Look at how Floyd played around with Marquez vs his 4 fights with Manny or how he dismantled Cotto vs Manny's KO. Idk if you boxed ever, I did. Subjective as it is, I'd rather 1) TKO someone into quitting or 2) dismantle them for 12 rounds with ease. Anyone can KO someone with "a lucky punch from the gods" or more traditionally put, has a puncher's chance.

@@sorrybroo8303 It's easy to spot new boxing fans who don't have knowledge. Pacman is great but boxing has a deep and rich history with so many incredible fighters. Manny isn't top 5 he's not top 10 all time. Sugar ray robinson is GOAT over all of them easily.
@nb06164 жыл бұрын
@@thetruth9952 true, I did hugely over simplify it for time constraints. He sets good traps, usually has good footwork, and usually cuts off the ring well. This man,I watched on so many pay per views,yes worried over some fights,and was absolutely blown away not only by his boxing ability,but by his perfection in foot work,and angles like no other boxer I've ever seen. He never dodged anyone,or made excuses because he is a natural born fighter,in and out of the ring. He never trash talked to anyone that I know or heard of,and he loved to fight. Admitting his short comings,and stopping all the bad things to put his life back on the right path,,now that's a MAN!! What a inspiration to so many people,you are the best ever Pacman..

"MANNY PACQUIAO IS THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME! THAT'S RIGHT, I SAID IT, THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME." However, the members of the 158 Club would be fightin' mad about my statement. They will argue that Ali was the greatest of all time. Ali invented his own hype to promote himself and proclaimed himself as the greatest of all time and everybody bought it. Some might say Sugar Ray was the greatest of all time. Well, I say bullshit to both of those claims. How many weight divisions did Sugar Ray hold a championship belt? Ali only held one. Floyd Mayweather, Undefeated 50 Wins! How many weight division title belts? Julio Cesar Chavez, how many weight division championship belts? Manny Pacquiao has held a championship belt in eight weight divisions, COUNT THEM, EIGHT! There is no other prize fighter in the history of the sport that's even come close. When he began his professional career in the Philippines he couldn't even make the lowest weight division. He was barely 5 feet tall and weighed 98 lbs. HE IS NOW 40 YEARS OLD, STILL A CHAMPION AND STILL KICKING ASS. "He's too small. That's too much weight for him to carry. His arms are too short. He doesn't hit that hard. His punches can't hurt me. The reach advantage . . . he's gonna get killed. Don't bet on him. 'I'm going to be the one to destroy his legacy. I'm going to retire Manny Pacquiao.' Asians can't fight." These are just a few of the quotes from boxers that got their asses kicked, their faces hideously grotesque from MANNY PACQUIAO beatings, their egos destroyed, their confidences in ruins, their hypes and characters exposed, their humiliating losses, their embarrassing performances, and the so called experts. Well, we all know the truth now, don't we, except adrian broner and the members of the 158 👎 Denial Club. I'm not even going to get into the race issue. That's right, I said it, the race issue. It always has been, and unfortunately always will be a very sore subject, and any of you who are true to yourselves and have any sort of intellect know that that's a fact and an extremely uncomfortable subject to talk about . . . and it applies here and you all know it. If holding a championship belt in eight weight divisions doesn't warrant MANNY PACQUIAO the title of, "THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME," then nothing does or will. He's not Black, he's not White and he's not Mexican, he just happens to be Filipino. Uncle 💪e😎

Leo Bell I don’t think anyone who actually watches boxing thinks Ali is the greatest of all time. He was just one of the greats that propelled the modern day version of the sport. leo bell if the number of weight divisions won is the only basis of greatness then it wouldnt be fair to heavyweights cuz they can fight only in one weight. it would also be not fair for past fighters like armstrong andvrobinson cause way back there were only 8 weight classes unlike now 17. and the difference before and now is that there was only one belt in every weight division unlike now there are like 6....wbc, wbo, wba, ibf, ibo, the ring belt. so just imagine how hard to become a champion. to be a champion you have to beat the champion.unlike now you can be a champ in one weightclass without really fighting the best in the division
@mr.brightside65764 жыл бұрын
if you think americans are bias then the same thing can also be said to you. manny is not their greatest cause simply he isnt. manny is an 8th weight champion but he never was undisputed. he never defended a belt for 5 years like robinson did. armstrong defended his 147 belt 19 straight times. armstrong went up 21 pounds from 126 to 147 to beat the champ.he then went down to 135 to beat the champ that made him the only fighter to be a champ in three weightclass at the same time. manny never had a 90 fight win streak like robinson. manny didnt have a 27 knockout streak like armstrong.manny never defended a belt 19 straight times like armstrong did
@mr.brightside65764 жыл бұрын
true manny is an eight weight division champion but fought margarito at a catchweight.and how was manny able to fight for the vacant wbc 154 title when he was never rated at 154?the answe is politics and business. the number 1 and 2 ranked should have fought for the title not manny. why is the title fight fought at a catchweight?...manny won a 135 belt but he fought the weakest champ at 135. manny won titles at 126 and 140 but it was for the ring belt and ibo belt. not belts from the major boxing organization.bottomline is that its easier to win belts today when there are 7 belts in 17 weightclass unlike before only one belt in each 8 weight class
