Mariah was VERY snubbed by the grammies. She was nominated for 6 categories in 1996 for daydream album and won 0. Vice versa for 2005 with emancipation of mimi and 1992

This wasn't a literal shade to Ariana. Because they were comparing Ariana to Mariah all the time and Mariah got mad because of the "new Mariah" term. Like Mariah is still active so It's offensive to say that someone is a new someone in my opinion. I love both to death but media has always tried to put females against each other and this time wasn't different. I'm glad they're close now ❤️

Sobre a parte da Mariah e da Nicki... se não me engano, uns anos depois do American Idol, uma das duas fez um post falando que a "inimizade" entre as duas foi culpa dos empresários. Eles tentaram colocar uma contra a outra, e depois de todos esses anos que elas descobriram isso, e ficaram muito chateadas. Tanto que recentemente a Nicki agradeceu a Mariah em seu discurso na Billboard. Acho que hoje em dia, as duas já estão em paz e bem resolvidas (assim espero). Aliás... amo o seu canal! yep mariah was SNUBBEDDDDD at the scammys lol. 2005 when she released her comeback album emancipation of mimi. she was ROBBED iirc didn't win a single award for that album. we belong together and was literally named the song of the whole ass decade by billboard and yet she didn't win shit. actually when an artist group called U2 won an award instead of mariah, the Dj himself accidentally played we belong together instead of the song by U2, showing that even the DJ himself thought mariah would win.
