I think u should start with what the human body needs for a healthy living that is how much of animal protein it needs and if it does not need any animal protein etc and then gone to what is happening right now due to excess animal protein intake.... Once we establish what the body needs then the whole discussion changes as to - let us say the body requires a certain quantity and quality of animal protein then we need to see what the system should be and what it is now and what needs to be changed.... Here you are continuously bringing out data on what is happening in the world and even with out going into meat eating every one knows that due to commercial greed every thing we are doing is wrong....
