Milk is not bad for our health but it is for the cow. The cow is tortured by our cruel farmers, the same ones Asking for farm laws to be banned for milk, leather and meat. By the end there's nothing but pain for the cows. We can build go shalas but who will pay? We can use less leather but some people want leather car seats, shoes etc.

Having said that,you do not need milk in anyway. Considering massive animal cruelty it's not a good option. There are n number of plant foods that can replace milk, including for calcium. B12 even for omnivores it's recommended to supplement.

Correction : Calcium present in milk is not highly bioavailable because milk also contains good amount of phosphorus and which alters the absorption of Calcium. As we know phosphorus is calcium forms calcium phosphate which makes it unabsorbable in gut. So it's better to get calcium form the food which contains more calcium than phosphorus. Instead of daily milk go for fortified plant based milks which lile almond milk which is a good source of calcium and aslo contains low amount of phosphorus and you can also get calcium from other sources like broccoli, figs, kale and turnip.

According to famous independent food scientist of India known as Dr. Khadir Valli, Milk is not favourite product for bones . It's same repeated stuff . It's calcium doesn't digest very well . Though I am not against milk but still I say daily consumption of mil even A2 organic milk cause problem.

This is casein protein not kaisin and the protein present in milk 80% is casein protein and 20% is whey protein. Botha are the highest quality of protein but the difference is only casein is slow in digestion and whey is fastest digesting protein form.

Actually domestication of animals hepp increase their population. They are taken care of, fed well and if they are raised ona large farm, they get a good area to roam around as well. Nodoubt cattles have the largest population among land animals. They produce a lot of milk and their cakves need only a small amount, the remaining its human caregiver takes for himself. This arrangement has been for around 8000-10000 years. How is it cruel, please explain

@souravyadav7562 how were those domesticated? By constantly keeping them pregnant, we humans are getting the milk out of them. Increasing their population multifold. And the moment cows, Buffalo, stop giving milk, we butcher them. And that my friend is cruelty. Even bill gates said, cattle population is a cause of climate change, because 85% farming is done to feed those cattles. And trust me my friend, those animals are not able to feed themselves through open farms, where they can roam. Atleast not in north indian region where i am from. Lets become vegan for a while and cut down on 421ppm carbon emission before our humanity vanishes the third time due to carbon emission apocalypse.

That isn't something fundamental to dairy itself, but horrible dairy farming practices like factory farms. Most people in rural areas source their milk locally from cows being raised by their fellow-villagers, cows that aren't usually mistreated. Obviously this may not be practical for city-dwellers, but cooperatives like Amul, Verka and Nandini can help source milk from ethically-reared cows and buffaloes.

It is possible to rear milch cattle ethically, the problems that need addressing lie in the industry and aren't inseparable from milk consumption.

Sab ke sab maroge agar sab kuch khaana band kar diya toh. Problem yeh hai ki aaj kal koi bhi exercise nahi karta, isliye kuch bhi khaaya toh problem hi karta hai. Mere dadaji apni jawaani me 1 kg rice 9-10 piece fish, 4-5 tarah ki sabziya phir khaane ke baad 25-30 piece rasgulla, gulaab jaamun khaate the, lekin unko toh kuch nahi hua, woh 101 saal jiye.

There are many reasons why we should not consume milk or milk products. specially people living in cities, lactose intolerance and many other reasons. Edit:- because some people are blind that they can't see my reply which I gave in a descriptive way. As someone who grew up consuming milk daily directly or indirectly. I discovered disturbing facts that changed my perspective. Curd, paneer, kadhi, and kheer are my favourites but after talking to some doctors not just the vegan ones. And researching myself on Google, Watching videos of many doctors from both perspectives. I have come to my conclusion which is mentioned below 👇🏻 And after leaving milk I have noticed changes in my health. So it's not only about research but I have tried it too. *Harmful Effects of Milk Consumption* * Hormonal Imbalance: Dairy farming's widespread use of hormonal injections and drugs disrupts human hormone balances, leading to various health issues. * Acne and Skin Problems: Milk consumption is linked to acne, eczema, rosacea, and other skin issues due to its hormonal and inflammatory effects. * Cancer Risks: Milk sugar can increase ovarian and prostate cancer risks, while casein in cow's milk may promote tumor growth. * Digestive Issues: Many experience digestive problems, such as celiac disease, Crohn's, and lactose intolerance, due to milk's difficult-to-digest proteins and sugars. *High Blood Pressure: A review in Progress in Cardiovascular Disease looked at multiple clinical trials and observational studies and found that a plant-based diet reduces the risk of hypertension by 34%.
