@@talalemad969 What I saw in this and in Zajeff video thet you should go for his weapen before his c1 if you at all. Most of his c1's abilitise can be replaced by the correct team mates except thet for max personal damage you could not use two identical elements.

So, for low spenders/f2p accounts, it seems like if given a choice between C1 or Weapon R1, the weapon is better to increase Neuvillette’s personal damage. At least, that’s what I’m kinda gathering from this. I think I’ll be pulling for him and his weapon, and just waiting for Furina’s rerun to pull her. The weapon banner, as usual, seems like kinda mid though. It’s only good if you have Neuvillette and someone who uses homa.

I was originally going to pull for him on day 1. But at this point, I'll wait until about a week into his banner to see where he's being placed, especially with current artifacts and weapons. If it turns out he requires a lot of investment, I might just save for his rerun instead, or even go for Furina when she comes out. Shame too, because I love Neuvillette's aesthetic, but I don't want to be pouring too many resources into one single character.

Actually I feel like constellation 1 is gonna be pretty strong. Because I've heard Furina has hp manipulating, and based on total team max hp grants some buff in her kit. Also it unlocks hydro synergy giving +25% max hp. So actually need to wait till her kit leaks

There is No concrete information on Furina’s kit. And there won’t be for at least a week from now. Everything you see online rn, is either speculative or very questionable leaks. This Being Said, it’s quite likely she will somehow buff the hp loss/gain synergy, or just buff hp scaling in general. Simply because it sounds thematically right, and fits the Archon Theme. If that is really the case, C1 might be noticeably better than C2

I think his C4, rather than extending his on-field time, is more useful for making him less Burst-reliant. If it triggers three times during his first on-field period, that’s three additional Droplets for his next on-field period. Even if it only triggers twice, or one expires before you can absorb it, you’ll generate one more the second time he goes on field. This way, you lose less of his damage in teams where you would only Burst every other rotation. So, you would do your set-ups, swap to him and do Burst -> Skill, consume 9 Droplets while generating 2 or 3, swap to other characters to refresh, back to Neuv for Skill and then consume 6 Droplets, and then loop from there. Did I explain that right? Is that even relevant, or does something prevent what I described from working? Personally, I almost never get 5-star cons, so this isn’t important to me. C0 is almost always enough for limited 5-stars to wreck shop. I can see myself maybe getting his C1 on a re-run just for the greater team flexibility, but no more.

Currently there's no good hp buffer to make him a good hypercarry, so his best role is as a hyperbloom or taser driver. So his personal dmg is only a smaller portion of the team dmg, which makes his weapon not as impactful as it seems. Also, during his CA, he has a pretty long range and can move pretty freely at a decent speed, he also has some self-healing, which makes his C1 not as necessary as it seems. Currently I'd say wait until Furina leaks to see if she'll buff him enough to be a good hypercarry. If yes then his weapon is a good option. As of C1, I'd say wait for post-release guides to see if he has unforeseen gameplay issues that make C1 more needed.

Well my aim for c1 is mostly just simp in the end, coz he's voiced by my fave male jp va 🤣 That's also the reason why I aimed for nahi c2 back then... Yukarin is my fave 🥰 In the end, as welkin user usually, I'm only pampering the characters I love the most or simp or love the vas only... My hutao stay unused and I keep using KLEE in the end, ayabro also benched since namecard get, mostly coz those two are my "idm getting but in the end I won't use then"

There isn't a fixed amount, it's all about stats distribution. If one stat is particularly higher than the others, then the impact it has on dmg starts decreasing

Basically at one point going in one stat might be more beneficial than going into another. That doesn’t mean Crit Damage becomes useless after it goes (lets say) past 300%. (Unlike Crit Rate which is completely useless after 100%) But at that point HP buffs/stats would just be better for general damage.

It's easier to understand after realizing "diminishing returns" isn't well used by community. It's the relative gains that always diminish, so we have to balance all stats in order to maximize the dps gains. For example: going from 280% to 320% crit DMG means a 11.4% dps increase (assuming a 80% crit rate in both cases). But going from 35k to 40k HP means a 14.3% dps increase.

Depending on the character, you will have different types of scaling. Some scale with def, HP, or attack. If said stat is too low, your critical hits won't be as impactful. It's like multiplying a small number with a bigger percentage; the end result will be relatively small. Overinvesting in a single stats has "diminishing returns." This means that after a certain point, adding more to that stat provides less benefit compared to diversifying and boosting other stats. It's essential to maintain a balanced approach to character building. A well-rounded character with a good mix of stats will often perform better than a character that's heavily skewed towards one of those stats. Calculating when you have hit those diminishing returns is very hard as the damage formula has many parameters. Generally, sites like Keqingmains will list the stats you should be aiming for, but the best way is to use an optimizer.

As french , we pronounce Neuvillette with L , as you would pronounce ROLL or ALLWAYS. Ville mean city in french , Neu means new when it is used before another word as a prefix , and Ette means small when it is used at the end of a word as suffixe. So basically Neuvillette would be the name of a relatively new, small city in real life , in France. if it was meant to be pronounce NeuviYette , it would be spelled with a Y as the word YES. Double LL is allways pronounced as a simple L in french , never as a Y. As usual good video , good job.

I think Neuvilette was created in combination with Furina. Specialy his con 1. I think Neuvilette is the prime DPS character of Fontaine and is ahead of his time. With upcoming characters his con 1 and teams will get better and better and better. C1 is dmg wise not that big of a deal sometimes. BUT it makes his team building a lot more comfy. I like that tbh.

Thoma's shield refreshes only with normal attack's usage. Charge and plunge attacks don't count.

Unfortunately his shield wouldn’t stack because Thoma’s shield needs auto attacks to refresh. The only reason it works for Hu Tao is because Melee characters do a normal attack before their charged attack. So you would have to normal attack on Neuvillette before your charged attack which he doesn’t do automatically which would take up time and you’d end up with a weaker shield.

So in my chase of Homa I got his signature weapon. Besides childe I have all the hydro units already. I don't have many 5* weapons, but some good one s like aqua and jade cutter and cyno sig. I can probably only afford to pull him OR furina. So I'm just not sure what to do now. None of my chars can really utilize his weapon (don't have scara unfortunately), but with it, does he outshine for instance jade cutter ayato in a hyperbloom team (zhongli nahida kuki/raiden)? I think he looks fun to play but I also love the pokemon playstyle that furina will offer. Will other units with furina be more worthwhile using his sig? (like Yae miko in EC/Aggravate team??)

Because kazuhas elemental damage buff gets more significant the more damage your characters deal. And since his signature increases neuvis damage by so much, kazuhas buff will be more effective

With Sig or prototype amber, he won't have any ER requirement and the extra energy venti gives is useless. With Sac Jade he has some ER requirement around 140% but with venti it will decrease to 110% so you can get 6 extra offensive substats which increases your dmg about as much as kazuha's buff

Regarding weapon list, what about Cashflow (Wriothesley signature)? It didn't make it to the board, but doesn't look worse than 70% options, does it? Partially usable passive + some crit rate *copium*? I'm going to pull for Neuvillette and Elegy, so of course weapon banner mercy will grant me with a drone, thus I'm considering slapping it on Chief Justice.

I mean I don't think Raiden makes any sense here but Fischl is generally a good option with him. Most cyro options won't make much sense with him when paired with Kazuha and an electro since you probably won't be able to reliably double swirl hydro and cyro (maybe some cyro units will be able to, but you'll probably have to skill into burst and then swap to Kazuha and will hurt er management on some, or be impossible on characters that snapshot, and would have to have hydro already applied on a separate enemy) and superconduct doesn't really add anything.

may i ask a question about his stacking passive? is says " charged attack deal 110%/125%/160% of its original DMG", how its worded kind of baffles me, are the percentage numbers counted as a special damage bonus like CA dmg or hydro dmg? or is it like a multiplier over his CA scaling? something like: [(HP x CA% scaling)x(110%/125%/160%)]x(Special dmg). I hope im making sense hahahaahahahaha

Sounds like another easy skip. There are more than enough hydro carries and being charged attack based is already less than ideal, and it does seem his weapon is required considering Sacrificial Jade is a P2W weapon unobtainable from wishes.

use hutao with yelan...they are great ...neuvilette cannot be used well with yelan...so hutao..easy

As much as I love Neuvi, you should go for Hu Tao. She's a priority because unlike Ganyu, Hu Tao stays relevant for a reaaally long time purely because of how much damage she can output in a short duration. Plus, you have Yelan, chances are you already have XingQiu. There's your husted Hu Tao team
